संयुक्त राष्ट्र के पास युरेनियम के अयस्क अत्यधिक घटिया और काफ़ी कम मात्रा मेंहैं| कनाडा और पूर्व चेकोस्लोवाकिया में (यूरेनियम के) कुछ अच्छे अयस्क हैं, जबकि युरेनियम का सबसे महत्वपूर्ण स्त्रोत बेल्ज़ियन कॉन्गो है|
परिस्थिति को ध्यान में रखते हुए आप ऐसी आशा कर सकतेहैं, कि प्रशासन और अमेरिका में काम कर रहे भौतिकविदों के समूह में आपसी रिश्ते स्थायी रहेगें| इस स्थिति को प्राप्त करने का, आपके लिये एक सम्भव रास्ता यह हो सकता है, कि इस कार्य से सम्बन्धित एक व्यक्ति को, यह कार्य सोंप दें, जिस पर आपको भरोसा हो और हालाँकि जोकार्यालयी क्षमता से परे अपनी सेवायें दे सके| उसके कार्यॊं मे कुछ कार्य यह भी हो सकते हैं :-
