चनका के रंग में होली की भंग
आज कल हिंदी में युवा काल चल रहा है. जाने किसकी पंक्ति याद आ रही है- उस दौर में होना तो बड़ी बात थी लेकिन युवा होना तो स्वर्गिक था. मेरे एक अग्रज मित्र मुझे ‘वरिष्ठ युवा’ कहते हैं. अब वरिष्ठ युवा होने के नाते मेरा कर्त्तव्य बनता है बातचीत की शुरुआत सबसे युवा से करूं.
अपने फोन का रिकॉर्डर ऑन किया और सबसे पहले फोन मिलाया चनका नरेश गिरीन्द्रनाथ झा को. ‘हेलो, क्या गिरीन्द्र जी बोल रहे हैं?’ ‘मैं गाँव से बोल रहा हूँ!’ ‘सर, क्या आप गिरीन्द्र नाथ झा बोल रहे हैं?’ ‘मैं गेंहू के खेत में आलू निकाल रहा हूँ, बोलिए? समय जरा कम है मेरे पास. इसके बाद दादाजी के जमाने के जर्मन ट्रैक्टर की सफ़ाई के काम में भी लगना है!’
‘मैं जानकी पुल से बोल रहा हूँ!’
‘बोलिए! उसके लेखक के बारे में पढ़ा था कहीं कि वो डिजाइनर लेखक है!’
‘सवाल यह है कि आपने ‘इश्क में माटी सोना’ जैसी खराब किताब क्यों लिखी?’
‘देखिये, गाँव से जो लोग सोने की खोज में शहर जाते हैं उनको माटी खराब लगने लगती है. उनके बच्चों को माटी से एलर्जी होने लगती है…
‘सवाल यह था कि…’
‘जवाब पूरा तो सुन लीजिये. इतना वक्त नहीं है. अभी होली की तैयारी करनी है. अपने गाँव से रेणु के गाँव तक पलाश के फूल बिछाने हैं. उसके बाद बैल के नाद में टेसू के फूल घोलने हैं..
‘अच्छा अंतिम सवाल है कि आपकी ‘लप्रेक’ प्रेरणा क्या है?
‘देखिये, एक दिन जब दोपहर में कतरनी के चूड़ा का दही के साथ पान करके महुआ के पेड़ के नीचे सागवान की आराम कुर्सी पर बैठा पूर्वान्ह की हवा का आनंद ले रहा था कि मुझे जयशंकर प्रसाद की काव्य पंक्ति सूझी- ‘उठ उठ री लघु-लघु लोल लहर…’ कह सकते हैं कि लप्रेक का कहर मन में उसी प्रहर उठा…’
‘मेरा सवाल है कि आपकी अपनी ‘लप्रेक’ प्रेरणा…’
‘आप बाद में बात कीजियेगा. अभी रेणु जी की तस्वीर को धूप दिखाने का समय हो गया है!’
‘ये रेणु कौन है?…’
फोन कट जाता है
जानकी पुल- हेलो हेलो हेलो!

सबसे युवा के बाद सदाबहार युवा अनंत विजय का फोन मिलाया.
‘हेलो’
हाँ हेलो’
(फोन पर पीछे से गाने की आवाज आ रही है- रंग दे तू मोहे गेरुआ…)
‘हाँ, हेलो! क्या अनंत जी बोल रहे हैं?’
‘हाँ बोलिए, मैं विजय बोल रहा हूँ!’
‘मैं जानकी पुल से बोल रहा हूँ. आपसे होली पर कुछ सवाल पूछने हैं?’
‘पूछिए. वैसे मैं विवादास्पद ब्लॉग से दूर रहने के लिए खुद ‘हाहाकार’ मचाता हूँ.’
‘सर सवाल यह है कि आप आज कल लाल रंग से क्यों भड़कने लगे हैं?’
‘देखिये लाल रंग भारत का मूल रंग नहीं है. यह भारत में साम्राज्यवादी शक्तियों की साजिश का रंग है. आपको याद होगा जब यूनियन कार्बाइड ने भारत में अपनी बैटरी ‘एवरेडी’ को दुबारा लांच किया था तो ऐड आया था- गिव मी रेड…’ यह हत्यारों का रंग है.’
‘लेकिन लाली मेरे लाल की जित देखूँ तित लाल/ लाली देखन मैं चली मैं भी हो गई लाल… इसके बारे में आपका क्या मत है?
‘देखिये इसमें महिमा लाल की नहीं लाली की है. असल में हम हर चीज को रंगों के चश्मे से ही देखने के आदी हैं. असल में इसमें लाल और लाली नाम के दो पात्रों की प्रेम कहानी है…
‘फिर आपका प्रिय रंग कौन सा है?’
‘देखिये भारत में रंगों को प्रतीकों के रूप में इस्तेमाल किया जाता रहा है. आप किसी भी रंग का नाम लेंगे आपको किसी ख़ास चश्मे से देखा जाने लगेगा… इसलिए रंगों की राजनीति से बचना चाहता हूँ.’
‘होली पर हमारे पाठकों के लिए सन्देश?’
‘यही सन्देश है कि इस बार होली केसरिया रंग से मनाएं. वह सच्ची भारतीयता का रंग है…’
‘लेकिन अभी आपने कहा कि रंग…’
‘वह पिछली बात थी आप अगली बात पर ध्यान दीजिए…’
गाने की आवाज तेज हो जाती है- केसरिया बालमा….
फोन कट जाता है!
