जानकी पुल – A Bridge of World's Literature. जानकी पुल पर प्रकाशित लेखों में प्रकट विचार लेखक के होते हैं. उनसे मॉडरेटर का सहमत होना जरूरी नहीं है. हाँ, अपने लेखों में प्रकट विचारों के लिए मॉडरेटर खुद जिम्मेदार है
यह सहित्योत्सवों का दौर है. ऐसे में दिल्ली में १६-१८ दिसंबर को इण्डिया हैबिटैट सेंटर, दिल्ली प्रेस और प्रतिलिपि बुक्स की ओर से भारतीय भाषा के साहित्य को ‘सेलेब्रेट’ करने के लिए आयोजन हो रहा है. ज़्यादातर साहित्योत्सव ‘सेलिब्रिटी’ को लेखक बनाने के आयोजन होते हैं, यह लेखक को ‘सेलिब्रिटी’ बनाने का आयोजन है. इस पहल का स्वागत किया जाना चाहिए- जानकी पुल.
पिछले कुछ सालों से भारत भर में अलग-अलग जगहों पर कई तरह के साहित्योत्सवों का आयोजन हो रहा है, कुछ दुनिया भर में मशहूर भी हुए हैं. इससे यह तो जरूर हुआ है कि जहाँ जहाँ ऐसे आयोजन हुए हैं वहाँ साहित्य के प्रति आम लोगों में दिलचस्पी तुलनात्मक रूप से बढ़ी है. इंडिया हैबिटैट सेंटर ने महसूस किया कि एक तो दिल्ली में ऐसा कोई सालाना साहित्योत्सव आयोजित नहीं हो रहा, दूसरे देश भर में आयोजित होने वाले किसी भी ऐसे आयोजन का सारा फोकस भारतीय भाषाओं के लेखन पर नहीं है.
यह ठीक है कि भारतीय लेखन को दुनिया भर के लेखन के साथ एक मंच पर आना चाहिए, लेकिन सबसे पहले तमाम भारतीय भाषाओं में हो रहे लेखन को एक मंच पर एक साथ लाना जरूरी है. इससे भाषाओं के बीच आवाजाही का रास्ता और सुगम होगा, संवाद की निरंतरता बनेगी और सांस्कृतिक साझेपन की भावना का विस्तार होगा. इसीलिए ‘समन्वय’ जैसे मंच की जरूरत महसूस करते हुए इंडिया हैबिटैट सेंटर पहल के लिए आगे बढ़ा है. दिल्ली प्रेस और प्रतिलिपि बुक्स इस पहल के साझीदार हैं.
‘समन्वय: आईएचसी भारतीय भाषा महोत्सव’ का पहला आयोजन 16–18 दिसम्बर, 2011 के दौरान नई दिल्ली में इंडिया हैबिटैट सेंटर के अम्फी थियेटर में होगा, जिसमें 13 भारतीय भाषाओं के 60 से अधिक लेखक और वक्ता शामिल होने जा रहे हैं. महोत्सव में आने वाले लेखकों में से 2 ज्ञानपीठ पुरस्कार से सम्मानित साहित्य अकादेमी के महत्तर सदस्य हैं, साथ में 12 लेखक साहित्य अकादेमी पुरस्कार से सम्मानित और 1 सरस्वती सम्मान से सम्मानित हैं. कई लेखक भारत सरकार द्वारा ‘पद्म श्री’ और ‘पद्म भूषण’ से भी सम्मानित हैं. यह आयोजन के लिए गौरव की बात है. लेखकों की सूची में पुरस्कृत और वरिष्ठ लेखकों के साथ युवा नामों को भी प्रमुखता से महत्व दिया गया है.
तीन दिन चलने वाले इस दस सत्रीय आयोजन में 8 भारतीय भाषाओं के विशेष सत्र होंगे, जिनमें विचार विमर्श और रचना पाठ होगा. इसके अलावा उदघाटन सत्र बहुभाषी होगा, जिसमें सत्र में शामिल भाषाओं से अलग भाषा के भी लेखक होंगे. उदघाटन सत्र में विचार विमर्श के बाद 6 भाषाओं के प्रतिष्ठित कवि काव्यपाठ करेंगे. उसके बाद प्रसिद्द सूफी गायक मदनगोपाल सिंह मैथिली और हिंदी के महान कवि नागार्जुन की कविताओं का गायन करेंगे. इसी सिलसिले मे 17 दिसम्बर की शाम को चान्द निज़ामी कव्वाली पेश करेंगे.
आयोजन के दौरान हैबिटैट परिसर में कई प्रकाशक पुस्तक बिक्री के लिए अपने स्टाल लगाएंगे.
भारतीय साहित्य की सेवा में समर्पित देश की अग्रणी संस्थाओं में से एक साहित्य अकादेमी न केवल पुस्तक बिक्री का स्टाल लगायेगी, बल्कि वह भारतीय साहित्य के कुछ महान लेखकों के जीवन पर बनी फिल्मों का प्रदर्शन भी करेगी.
भारतीय भाषाओं के उज्ज्वल भविष्य के लिए यह एक सकारात्मक संकेत है कि ‘भारतीय भाषा महोत्सव’ के आयोजन में सहयोग के लिए इंडियन आयल, साहित्य अकादेमी, भारतीय भाषाई समाचारपत्र संगठन और ग्राफिसऐड्स जैसी महत्वपूर्ण संस्थाएं आगे आई हैं.
इंडिया हैबिटैट सेंटर को उम्मीद है कि सभी भाषाओं के मीडिया से ‘समन्वय: भारतीय भाषा महोत्सव’ को भरपूर समर्थन मिलेगा. यह आयोजन भारतीय भाषाओं के लेखन और भारतीय जनमानस के बीच सेतु बने, यही हमारी कोशिश है. इसके जरिये तमाम भारतीय भाषाओं के साहित्य में हो रहे परिवर्तनों, नवाचारों को सभी जानें, समझें, उनके भीतर की जटिलताओं और समस्याओं पर बहस करें, हर भारतीय भाषा के साहित्य का अनुवाद के जरिये बड़े पैमाने पर आपस में आदान-प्रदान का रिश्ता बने, केवल अकादमिक जगत के लोग ही नहीं, आम आदमी भी भारतीय भाषा के साहित्य में दिलचस्पी ले, उस पर गर्व करे. ‘समन्वय: भारतीय भाषा महोत्सव’ एक उत्सव के जरिये एक अभियान बन जाए, यह कामना है.
