आज कॉलेज ज्वाइन कर लिया। मैनेजमेंट के लोग आखिर मैनेजमेंट के ही होते हैं। छोटा सा स्कूल हो कि इस जैसा प्राइवेट डिग्री कॉलेज या कोई और बडा संस्थान। मैनेजमेंट के लोग एक जैसा ही व्यवहार करते हैं। सम्मान के साथ आदेशात्मक सलाहें। कमाल ही होते हैं बस।
मुझे बताया गया है कि भरपूर स्टाफ है कॉलेज में। 27 लोग टीचिंग स्टाफ में हैं, 6 नॉन टीचिंग में, 3 फोर्थ ग्रेड चपरासी, एक माली और दो चौकीदार।
इस डिग्री कॉलेज की एक और खासियत है. कॉलेज के एक कोने में सूना सा प्रिसिपल क्वार्टर। कहने को प्रिसिपल साहब का बंगला। बंगले में कबूतर बोलते हें। चार कमरे हैं, कस्बे के लिहाज से तो भव्य ही है। मैनेजमेंट के अध्यक्ष खुद आए मुझे यहां
