जानकी पुल – A Bridge of World's Literature. जानकी पुल पर प्रकाशित लेखों में प्रकट विचार लेखक के होते हैं. उनसे मॉडरेटर का सहमत होना जरूरी नहीं है. हाँ, अपने लेखों में प्रकट विचारों के लिए मॉडरेटर खुद जिम्मेदार है
यह हम हिंदी वालों का लगता है स्वभाव बन गया है- जो अच्छा होता है उसकी ओर हमारा ध्यान कम जाता है. रांची में ‘शैलप्रिया स्मृति पुरस्कार’ ऐसी ही एक बेहतर शुरुआत है. इस गरिमामयी सम्मान का यह दूसरा आयोजन था, जिसकी एक रपट हमारे लिए भेजी है कवयित्री कलावंती ने- जानकी पुल.

बहुमुखी प्रतिभा की धनी रचनाकर नीलेश रघुवंशी को उनके उत्कृष्ट लेखन के लिए दूसरा शैलप्रिया स्मृति पुरस्कार, 14 दिसंबर 2014 को एक भव्य समारोह में झारखंड की राजधानी रांची में प्रदान किया गया। विशेष बात यह रही कि सभी लोगों को बुके न देकर अशोकवृक्ष के छोटे छोटे पौधे दिये गए। यह कवयित्री अपने सामाजिक सरोकारों के कारण इस शहर में किस कदर लोकप्रिय थी, इस बात का अंदाज़ा इस बात से ही लगाया जा सकता है कि पूरा सभागार खचाखच भरा हुआ था। वे मंच पर नहीं थीं पर वे पूरे समारोह मे घुली थीं। उनके पति, उनके बेटे और नाती, नतिनियाँ, पोते पोती, शहर के गणमान्य और आत्मीय जन। सब तो थे । शैलप्रिया महज 48 वर्ष की उम्र मे कैंसर से जूझते हुए चल बसी। उनके बेटे प्रियदर्शन ने अपनी माँ को याद करते हुए कहा कि इस उम्र में बहुत सी लेखिकाओं ने दूसरी पारी में लिखना शुरू किया है। उन्हें यह दूसरी पारी नहीं मिल सकी। नीलेश जी और शैलप्रियाजी दोनों की ही रचनाएँ आम स्त्रियॉं अथवा समाज मेंवंचित तबके को आवाज देती रचनाएँ हैं जो सारे अंधेरोंके बाद भी थोड़ी सी रोशनी….. दिया भर रोशनी बचाए रखना जानती हैं। अपने जीवन के छीजन को छाजन बनाना जानती हैं वे। वे अपने समय की, अपनी गृहस्थी की सबसे बड़ी रफूगर होती हैं।
नीलेश रघुवंशी को यह पुरस्कार प्रसिद्ध लेखिका अल्का सरावगी ने अपने हाथों से प्रदान किया। पुरस्कार के रूप मे 15,000, मानपत्र व एक स्मृति चिन्ह भी किया गया। नीलेश रघुवंशी ने अपने संक्षिप्त वक्तव्य में कहा कि स्त्री लेखन, पुरुष लेखन जैसा बटवारा बिलकुल गलत है। उन्होंने अपनी कुछ कवितायें पढ़कर सुनाई। मंच पर आसीन प्रसिद्ध उपन्यासकर मनमोहन पाठक ने सभा की अध्यक्षता की। उनके अलावा प्रियदर्शन,प्रसिद्ध आलोचक श्री रविभूषण। प्रसिद्ध लेखिका श्रीमती महुआ माझी व महादेव टोप्पो मंच पर उपस्थितथे। समारोह का संचालन सुशील कुमार अंकन ने किया। धन्यवाद ज्ञापन अनुराग अन्वेषी ने किया ने किया।
दूसरे सत्र की शुरुआतमेंसमकालीन महिला लेखन का बदलता परिदृश्य विषय पर एक परिचर्चा का आयोजन किया गया। डॉ रविभूषण ने इस मौके पर कहा कि नव उदरवादी व्यवस्था में स्त्री लेखन ज्यादा मुखर हुआ है।स्त्री पर पुरुष लेखकों द्वार अनेक कवितायें लिखी गई। पर हाल के वर्षों में कई मुखर, प्रतिभाशाली कवयित्रियाँ लिख रहीं हैं। लेखिका अलका सरावगी ने कहा कि मानस धीरे धीरे बदल रहा है। वे खुद जब लिखती हैं तो सबसे पहले पाठक उनके घर के लोग होते हैं। बहुत से पुरुष रचनाकारों यथा शरतचंद्र ने स्त्री समाज पर, उनके मनोविज्ञान पर बहुत ही बढ़िया लिखा है। उसी प्रकार उनकी पहली कहानी 1991 में छपी थी जिसका प्रधान पात्र एक पुरुष ही था। श्रीमती महुआ मांझी ने कहा कि एक लेखक को समाज में घट रही घटनाओं के प्रति संवेदनशील होना चाहिए। उस पर लिखा जाना चाहिए। महादेव टोप्पो ने कहा कि शैलप्रिया स्मृति न्यास महिला लेखिकाओं को सम्मानित व प्रोत्साहित कर रहा है। यह सम्मान झारखंड के बाहर भी जाएगा इसी क्रम में आज यह सम्मान मध्य प्रदेश की नीलेश रघुवंशी को दिया जा रहा है। प्रियदर्शन ने कहा कि परंपरा और आधुनिकता दोनों स्त्री विरोधी है। एक स्त्री को घर के भीतर मारना चाहता है तो दूसरा बाहर ले जाकर।
आखिरी सत्र में अनामिका प्रियाकी आलोचना पुस्तक हिन्दी का कथा साहित्य और झारखंड का लोकार्पणभी किया गया। डॉ मिथिलेश ने इस पुस्तक पर प्रकाश डाला। उन्होने कहा कि ऐसी पुस्तकें आगे भी आनीचाहिए। मौके पर विद्याभूषण,अशोक प्रियदर्शी,डॉ शैलेश पंडित ,बलबीर दत्त.डॉ माया प्रसाद ,राजेंद्र प्रसाद ,मनोज, आलोक और बहुत से सुधिजन वहाँ उपस्थितथे।
