अपनी शक्ल देखता
फिर समाज को अपनी शक्ल में खोजता
समाज के आईने से प्रतिबिम्ब गायब है
और उसे पता नहीं
व्यवस्था की कोई छाया नहीं होती
आंच मद्धम है
सारी एषणाओं को जाग जाने दो
इंद्रियों को खुल्ला चरने दो
नदी का समंदर में विलय होना तय है
बशर्ते रास्ते में बाँध का पाखंड ना हो
खाने से मत रोको उसे
जूठन खुद-ब-खुद
दूसरे की थाली में परोसा जाएगा
जूठन की पौष्टिकता ही
सिस्टम के बाय प्रोडक्ट की तस्वीर है
वे इतिहास में शामिल नही रहे
मिथकों में भी दिहाड़ी ही रहे
ईश्वर हो या उसका दूत
अंततः शांत कर दिया जाएगा
राजनीतिक दस्तावेज सत्ता का
जिस शहर में लिखा गया
उसका रास्ता जंगल की ओर नही जाता
सच कोई सूचना नहीं
सूचना उद्योग के लिए डायनामाइट है
इसलिए उसका खामोश रहना
समाज के संतुलन को संतुलित रखता है

फिर चिड़िया गिरी
उसके पीछे पीछे
एक आदमी बाहर गिरा और एक भीतर
हत्या या आत्महत्या का अंतर
और कम होता जा रहा है

मात्र डेढ़ इंच में सिमट गया है
एक समस्या होती है
और एक होता है उसका उत्स
समस्या जीती -मरती है

अतीत की लाश वहां घुटने टेके सिसकियां लेती है
सभ्यताएं ,नस्लें,प्रजातियां ,भाषाएं
अपनी- अपनी जगह की लड़ाई में मुब्तिला हैं
मणिपुर में भाई को गोली लगती है
और राजधानी में उसे थप्पड़
वहां पी एल ए बनाकर मारा जाएगा
यहां चिंकी कहकर
चुनना उसे यह है
कि दोनों में बेहतर नाम कौन सा है
समय की सूचनाओं से कटे
एकल कैद की सजा भोगते
वह ठहाका जो अभी अभी सुना
दरअसल शताब्दियों पुराना था….!

इतिहास में तब्दीली जारी है
यह एक बिलकुल बदला हुआ समय है
जिसमें नागरिकों की स्मृतियाँ नष्ट हो रही हैं
अतल कुआँ है जिससे पानी नहीं
पिपीलिकाएँ उड़ती हैं
रोते कुछ इस तरह से हैं
जैसे अंधड़ अचानक फूट पड़ा हो
आकाश से अचानक विशालकाय पक्षी
डायना फड़फड़ाते गिर पड़ा हो
सिसकियां छोटी और घुटन बड़ी…!
उसकी आँखों में शून्यता थी
शून्य में सनसनाती गोली थी
गोली में कनपटी से झरते खून
खून में बंदे-भारत लथ-पथ
उसे पता ही नही था
सूखे बांस के जंगलों में
हवा बेहतर बांसुरी बजाती है

अबूझा अनुभव
चेतना में डूबी घुमावदार चुप्पी
एक उत्कंठा
जिसे देखते ही
मद्धिम आंच में तपता संगीत
सीधे कानों में
धक..धक.. धक … करने लगता
तितली हो या ततैया
काटते दोनों ही हैं
तितली के घाव दिखते नहीं
बस गंभीर होते हैं
तुम सच बोलते हो
और हार जाते हो
यह तुम्हारी ढाल है या चाल?
सितम्बर में अगस्त की बची हुई नमी-सी
वह आई थी
उसने उसे ऐसे पकड़ा
जैसे कोई छूटती हुई चीज को पकड़ता है
वह अदृश्य हो जाना चाहते थें
जबकि अदृश्य कर दिये जाने का डर
उनके दिल में था
वे अमेरिका से बंदूकें खरीदेंगे
और क्राइस्ट को भून देंगे
वो जापान से कार खरीदेंगे
और बुद्ध का सिर कुचल देंगे
ऐसा देखते और सोचते हुए
तड़पता हुआ एक वाक्य गिर पड़ा
और पूछने लगा
कि ऐसे समय में
हम क्या करें?
असमाप्त आख्यान का अनिर्णीत टुकड़ा
अतीत के सत्य को
वर्तमान में भ्रम का आवरण बना देती है
जीवन धर्म और भ्रम को बींधते हुए
सदियों से आती हुई
सदियों की ओर बढ़ती है

यतीश जी की काव्यात्मक समीक्षाएं हमेशा से हमारे लिए कौतूहल का विषय रही है। अब तक उन्होंने जिन-जिन किताबों की काव्यात्मक समीक्षा की थी दुर्भाग्यवश हम उन किताबों को पढ़ नहीं पाए थे। हाल ही में यतीश जी ने पीली छतरी वाली लड़की की काव्यात्मक समीक्षा हमारे साथ साझा की थी और संयोग से वह किताब हमने पढ़ रखी थी। समीक्षा और किताब दोनों में एक गजब का सामंजस्य होते हुए भी यतीश जी की कविताएं अपने आपमें स्वतंत्र, अद्भुत, नए बिंंबों से सजी मन में पैठ कर गई। इस तरह की समीक्षाएं साहित्य में एक नई विधा के रुप में जानी जायेगी और हम साहित्य प्रेमीयो को इससे रुबरु कराने का श्रेय यतीश जी को ही जायेगा। 👏👏👏👏🙏😊
