अजय नावरिया समकालीन कहानी का ऐसा नाम है जिनके परिचय देने की ज़रूरत महसूस नहीं होती। हम सब उनकी कहानियों से अच्छी तरह परिचित हैं। समाज के भेदभाव, गैर बराबरी के कथानक बड़ी सहजता से उनकी कहानियों में आते हैं। जैसे उनकी इस कहानी में पढ़िए-

‘तिवारी, पानी डाल।’
डी.जी.एम. नरोत्तम सरोज की भारी आवाज, बाहर स्टूल पर बैठे रामनारायण तिवारी के पेट में पारे की तरह उतरती चली गई। बाईस साल की नौकरी में ऐसा पहली बार हो रहा था तिवारी के साथ, कि जब भी नरोत्तम आवाज देता तो तिवारी को हाजत-सी महसूस होने लगती। उसने सिर को एक तरफ झटका ताकि वहम दूर हो। पिछले साल से उसे वहम का यह रोग लग गया था। साल भर पहले ही नरोत्तम सरोज तरक्की पाकर ए.जी.एम. से डी.जी.एम. बना था।
‘नीच! उम्र का भी कोई लिहाज नहीं करता। मुझसे कुछ नहीं तो बारह साल छोटा होगा। कोटे से बन गया अफसर तो टेढ़ा-टेढ़ा तो चलेगा ही। कोटा नहीं होता तो कहीं बाद लगा रहा होता।’ वह भुनभुनाते हुए तेजी से कमरे में घुसा। ‘ति’ सुनते-सुनते ही उसने यह सब सोच लिया था और ‘वारी’ तो उसने नरोत्तम के कमरे में दरवाजा खोलकर सुना।
दिल्ली के अक्टूबर की इस सुहावनी ठण्ड में भी तिवारी को गर्मी महसूस हुई।
‘यस सर।’ कह तो गया तिवारी, पर कहते हुए उसकी जैसे जीभ छिल गई। उसे लगता कि कोई उसे गहरे कुएँ में डुबोता जा रहा है। वह खुद को समझाता रहता कि कुछ दिन बाद नरोत्तम का तबादला हो जाएगा। रोज सुबह तिवारी को पूजा करने की आदत अपने परिवार से मिली थी, जिसे वह ‘संस्कार’ मानता था। वह रोज पूजा करते वक्त नरोत्तम के तबादले की प्रार्थना करता। कभी-कभी तो उसके मन में आता कि वह विष्णुजी से इस राक्षस की मौत माँग ले, पर संस्कार उसे रोकते थे । वह सोचता था कि आखिर इसने मेरा बिगाड़ा ही क्या है।
तबादले के लिए तो वह सत्यनारायण की कथा बोल चुका था। हर रोज वह दफ्तर यही सोचते हुए जाता कि आज जब वह दफ्तर पहुँचेगा तो पाएगा कि नरोत्तम जा चुका है। पर उसका यह ख्वाब, हकीकत नहीं हो पा रहा था।
‘अब वहीं खड़ा रहेगा, इसमें पानी भर।’ नरोत्तम बिना आँख उठाए अपना काम करता रहा। वह कुछ लिख रहा था। इस हुक्म में कोई तल्खी नहीं थी पर तिवारी बुरी तरह आहत हो गया। तिवारी ने कई बार सोचा था कि वह उसके पानी में जहर मिला दे तो… पर बस सोचकर रह गया था। कमबख्त खुद को अंग्रेज की औलाद समझता है। कॉफी और पानी का थर्मस भी अपनी कार में घर से लेकर आता है। कहता है कि यहाँ के पानी का कोई भरोसा नहीं। तिवारी कसमसाया।
‘तुमने देखा है कभी आर.ओ. सिस्टम, तिवारी, हमारे यहाँ कई सालों से है।’ उस दिन नरोत्तम ने कहा तो तिवारी सुलग गया, उसके अहंकार से। ‘अच्छा बता तिवारी, आर.ओ. का क्या मतलब होता है?’ नरोत्तम ने फाइल पर लिखना बन्द कर दिया और गाढ़ी नजर से उसकी आँखों में झाँका।
तिवारी को लगा कि इन निगाहों में वह कीड़ा-मकोड़ा बन गया है। ‘आर. ओ. मतलब एक तरह का एक्वागार्ड सर।’ तिवारी ने सतर्क होकर जवाब दिया। वह दिखा देना चाहता था कि वह कोई मिट्टी का माधो नहीं है।
‘बस तुम लोगों में यही कमी है…गधे घोड़े सब बराबर।’ नरोत्तम झल्ला पड़ा। ‘टूथपेस्ट खरीदने जाओगे तो कहोगे कोलगेट खरीदने जा रहा हूँ और डिटरजेन्ट खरीदो तो कहोगे सर्फ खरीद रहा हूँ। अरे बेवकूफ, एक्वागार्ड तो कम्पनी का नाम है। इसे वाटर प्योरिफायर कहते हैं…पानी साफ करने वाली मशीन और आर.ओ. सिस्टम दो अलग चीजें हैं। टी.वी. पर नहीं देखते? इसे ड्रीमगर्ल हेमामालिनी अपनी दोनों बेटियों के साथ बेचने के लिए आती है।’ यह कहते हुए नरोत्तम अपनी आदत के विपरीत कुछ मुस्करा गया। यों वह कभी मुस्कराता भी नहीं था।
मुस्करा तो तिवारी भी जाता, पर उसकी छाती में तो नरोत्तम का कहा ‘बेवकूफ’ शूल की तरह गड़ गया था।
रामनारायण तिवारी ने अपनी जिंदगी के शुरुआती अट्ठारह साल अपने गाँव में बिताए थे। उसके पिता पण्डित शिवनारायण तिवारी की कभी आस-पास के दस गाँवों में जजमानी थी। वह अब भी गाँव से जुड़ाव खत्म नहीं कर पाया था। उसका बड़ा बेटा तो वहीं हुआ था। वह अपनी पत्नी को जापे के लिए शहर से गाँव ले आया था। वह जब भी गाँव जाता तो भूल ही जाता कि वह भारत सरकार के एक सार्वजनिक उपक्रम में चपरासी है। गाँव के बस अड्डे पर उतरते ही उसका सत्कार शुरू हो जाता था। गाँव तो वहाँ से लगभग एक किलोमीटर दूर था, पर तेज धूप में भी यह दूरी मीठी लगती थी। हर दस कदम पर, कोई आदमी या औरत, रामा-श्यामा करता था या पैर छू लेता था।
गाँव में आज तक उसने बताया भी नहीं था कि वह दिल्ली में चपरासी के पद पर है। इसकी तीन वजह वह अपनी आत्मा को समझाता था। एक, इससे लोगों का क्या लेना-देना है कि वह शहर में क्या काम करता है? दूसरे, दस गाँवों में प्रसिद्ध, सत्यनारायण और मानस के कथावाचक स्वर्गीय पण्डित शिवनारायण की प्रतिष्ठा को दाग लगाने का उसे कोई अधिकार नहीं है। और तीसरे यह कि उसे कोई हक नहीं कि वह गाँव के लोगों के इस भोले विश्वास को तोड़े कि उनके गाँव के आदरणीय बामन देवता, शहर में अपने अफसरों के जूठे बर्तन धोता है। यह जानकर ही उन लोगों को पाप लगेगा। इसलिए वह खुद को बाबू ही बताता और गाँव के कुछ लोग उसे बाबूजी पुकारने लगे थे। ‘पंडितजी पांय लागू’ से ज्यादा ‘बाबूजी पाय लागू’ तिवारी की आत्मा को सुकून देता था। गाँव के धीमा बाल्मीकि से, जब उसने कन्धे पर हाथ रखकर हालचाल पूछा, तब से उसका गाँव में कद और बढ़ गया। ‘कौन छोटा, कौन बड़ा, सब इंसान हैं’ वह उदारता से कहता ‘एक नूर से सब जग उपजा।’
‘आर.ओ. यानी रिवर्स ऑस्मोसिस सिस्टम।’ नरोत्तम ने कहा तो तिवारी का मुँह खुल गया, आँखें सिकुड़ गई और माथे पर सलवटें आ गई। किसी शिष्य की अपने गुरु के सामने जो हालत हो जाती है, वही हालत तिवारी की हो गई थी।
‘अच्छा छोड़, तू कॉफी डाल और जा।’ नरोत्तम समझ गया।
‘यस सर।’ तिवारी के स्वर में अदब था। कुछ जान छूटने का भाव भी। किसी दिन बाहर से कॉफी मँगाए तो जहर घोल दूँगा इसकी कॉफी में…और नहीं तो, कॉफी में थूककर तो जरूर ही पिलाऊँगा… अपने स्वर्गीय पिता की कसम खाई कि झूठी करके तो जरूर ही पिलाऊँगा। लेकिन जब उसे दो-एक बार मौका मिला तो वह ऐसा नहीं कर सका। उलटे वह कॉफी के कप को प्लेट से ढंककर बड़े जतन से लाया। इतने जतन से तो वह अपने लिए भी चाय नहीं लाता था। अपनी करनी और कथनी को वह बार-बार कोसता। कभी इस बात के लिए कि वह आखिर क्यों ऐसा नहीं कर पाया और कभी इसलिए कि आखिर वह किसी इन्सान के लिए ऐसा कैसे सोच सकता है। यह इंसानियत नहीं है। पर क्या यह इंसानियत है कि कोई अपने से दस-बारह साल बड़े आदमी से तू-तड़ाक से बात करे!
‘मेरे बेटे से सात-आठ साल ही तो बड़ा होगा।’ पल भर को उसकी आँखों में उसके खूबसूरत बेटे का चेहरा घूमता रहा। गोरा रंग, चौड़े कन्धे, काले धुंघराले बाल, लम्बा कद, भूरी आँखें, चौड़ा माथा और ऊँची नुकीली नाक, बीस साल का प्रथम श्रेणी से पास ग्रेजुएट युवक। ‘यह नीच तो रिजरवेशन से यहाँ तक पहुँचा है।’ उसने नरोत्तम को कोसा।
‘अब कब तक यहाँ मेरे सिर पर खड़ा रहेगा तिवारी?’
नरोत्तम की आवाज अब भी भारी थी, पर होंठों पर एक हल्की मुस्कान थी। तिवारी उसकी मुस्कराहट से झुलस गया। ‘जा यह फाइल मिश्राजी को दे आ… जल्दी।’ नरोत्तम ने फाइल मेज पर फेंक दी। ‘बीच में मत अटक जाना।’ ‘यस सर, नहीं-नहीं मतलब नो सर।’ वह झुंझला गया। ‘आप बताइए सर मैं क्या कभी काम में देरी करता हूँ।’ तिवारी का यह जरूरत से ज्यादा खुशामदी स्वर था। तिवारी खुद भी हैरान हुआ कि यह उसके भीतर से क्या निकल रहा है? यह कौन उसके भीतर से बोल रहा है? वह इस नीच के आगे क्यों घिघिया रहा है? कमरे से बाहर निकलते हुए उसका अपने झुके हुए कन्धों पर ध्यान गया। उसने कमर कसी, रीढ़ सीधी की और भरसक छाती को बाहर निकाला। वह ए.जी.एम. राममूर्ति मिश्रा के कमरे में घुस गया।
‘हूँ।’ मिश्रा अपने काम में डूबा हुआ था और उसका ध्यान भी नहीं पड़ा कि कब रामनारायण अंदर आ गया। तिवारी की आवाज सुनकर उसने नजरें उठाने की जगह, पूरी गर्दन उठाई। चश्मा लगाने वालों को अक्सर पूरी गर्दन उठाकर देखना पड़ता है। ‘फाईल।’ तिवारी ने फाइल मेज पर रख दी। उसकी आवाज उदास थी और वह चाहता था कि मिश्रा इसका नोटिस ले, इसलिए उसने चेहरा भी दुखी बना लिया। ‘कोई और काम?’ मिश्रा ने बेरुखी से पूछा और लिखना शुरू कर दिया।
‘साहब, काम क्या, कलयुग आ गया है… ब्राह्मणों को नीचों के जूठे बर्तन धोने पड़ रहे हैं।’ तिवारी ने मिश्रा को उकसाने की कोशिश की।
‘तो नौकरी छोड़ दो। किसी डॉक्टर ने बताया है कि यहाँ काम करो?’ जाओ गाँव में, भीख माँग कर खाओ।’ मिश्रा की इस करारी आवाज से वह सहम गया।
‘नहीं, सर, मेरा कहने का मतलब यह नहीं था, मतलब…, जहाँ आप जैसे विद्वान ब्राह्मण का बैठना तय हो, वहाँ एक नीच जात ‘कोटे’ से आकर, हम पर हुक्म चलाए तो क्या खराब नहीं लगेगा?’
तिवारी ने एक बार फिर दाँव खेला और मिश्रा के चेहरे पर चित्त के भाव उभरे। मिश्रा ने हूँ’ कहकर खुद को सँभाल तो लिया, पर पेन मेज पर रख दिया। उसका मन उचट गया। वह थोड़ी देर पहले वाली तल्लीनता खो गई।
‘उस शाम आपसे कैसे बदतमीजी से बोला था, फाइलों को आपकी तरफ फेंक दिया था नीच ने।’ मिश्रा के मुरझाए मनोभावों को पकड लिया तिवारी ने।
‘अब यह सब तो होना ही है।’ मिश्रा की आवाज में मायूसी से ज्यादा मजबूरी थी। पुराना घाव कसक गया था। ‘कल का लौंडा, हमारे सिर पर बैठ गया। एम.बी.ए. किया है तो क्या हमारे सिर पर मूतेगा?’ हम बीस साल में, कलम घिसते-घिसते यहाँ तक पहुँचे हैं। मेरी बेटी से साल-डेढ़ साल बड़ा है बस। कोटा नहीं होता तो क्या यहाँ पहुँच सकता था?’
मिश्रा ने लंबी साँस भरी।
‘घमंड बहुत है सर इसमें। ऐसे तो कभी बात ही नहीं करता, पूरा दिन चुपचाप बैठा रहता है। कभी की भी तो, सातवें आसमान से बोलता है।’ तिवारी की आवाज सुलग रही थी। ‘आपको पता है-वह थर्ड डिवीजन है।’ तिवारी ने अवाज धीमी की, जैसे कोई राज की बात बता रहा हो।
‘हाँ, मुझे पता है।’ मिश्रा का स्वर अब तो उदास था। उसे वह दिन याद आया, जब नरोत्तम ने अपने एम.बी.ए. के संघर्ष के बारे में बताया था। थर्ड डिवीजन होने के दंश के बावजूद वह रात-दिन पढ़ाई में लगा रहा और पहली ही कोशिश में, एम.बी.ए. में पहुँच गया। ‘जब जागो, तब सबेरा।’ नरोत्तम ने यही मंत्र बनाया था।
‘अरे साहब कमीना है साला।’ तिवारी का भड़ास निकालते-निकालते और हौसला बढ़ गया।
‘अरे तू जा।’ मिश्रा की आवाज एकाएक सख्त हो गई। उसकी सख्ती ने तिवारी को उसकी औकात समझाई।
तिवारी अपनी गलती समझ गया और मुड़कर जाने लगा।
‘हाँ सुन, तुझे मैंने पहले भी दस बार कहा है कि कमरे में घुसने से पहले दरवाजा खटखटाकर पूछ लिया कर।’ तिवारी ने पलटकर देखा मिश्रा उसी तल्लीनता से काम में लगे थे, जैसे नरोत्तम दिखता है।
‘दोगला.. इसीलिए तो जात-बाहर किया हुआ है गाँव में।’ तिवारी बाहर आकर मिश्रा को गलियाँ बकने लगा। चलते हुए तिवारी की नजर दीवार घड़ी पर पड़ी-‘अरे बारह भी बज गए!’
‘अरे पंडिजी नमस्कार।’ तिवारी ने पलटकर देखा। स्टोर रूम के पास रखे सोफे पर दुर्गादास बाल्मीकि पसरा हुआ था। वह हाथ के इशारे से उसे अपनी तरफ आने को कह रहा था। वह अनमने मन से, उसकी तरफ बढ़ गया। दुर्गादास के पास पहुँचने पर वह उठा नहीं तो तिवारी को बुरा लगा।
‘क्या पंडिजी, आप तो सारे दिन मारे-मारे फिरते हैं, थोड़ा बैठिए।’ यों तो दुर्गादास पचपन साल का था, पर तीन फ्लोरों पर झाडू लगाने की मेहनत के कारण उसकी काया मजबूत थी। ‘सिगरेट पियोगे?’
तिवारी उसके साथ बैठ गया। दुर्गादास ने उसकी तरफ ट्रिपल फाइव का सुनहरा पैकेट बढ़ाया तो उसकी आँख में चमक आ गई।
‘कहाँ से मारा बे?’ तिवारी के मुँह से. बेसाख्ता गिर पडे अल्फाज। तिवारी ने फुर्ती से हाथ बढ़ाकर एक सिगरेट होंठों पर अदा से लगा ली।
‘आप भी पंडिजी…मारी क्या.. खुद ही दे दी साहब ने।’
‘किस साहब ने?’ तिवारी ने सिगरेट सुलगाई और पैर फैलाकर, चीफ जी. एम. अभयसिंह डबास की तरह कश भरने लगा। वह सुरूर में आ गया था।
‘अरे पंडिजी, जिन्हें मैंने कल अपने बीस सूअर बेचे थे, वही साहब।’ दुर्गादास ने सिगरेट को मुट्ठी में भींचकर जोर का सुट्टा लगाया।
यह सुनकर तिवारी के मुँह से सिगरेट गिरते-गिरते बची। दुर्गन्ध का एक तेज भभका उसके मुँह में घुस गया। उसका मन हुआ कि वह सिगरेट फेंककर उसे जोर से फटकार लगाए।
‘क्या कोई पंजाबी था? तिवारी ने आस पकड़ी।
‘अरे पंडिजी, आप सच में तिरकालदरसी हैं, इसीलिए मैं आपकी इतनी इज्जत करता हूँ।’ दुर्गादास ने उसके घुटने दबाने शुरू कर दिए।
तिवारी को यह सुनकर जैसे साँस मिल गई। उसने जल्दी-जल्दी दो तेज कश लगाकर घिन को धक्का दिया। उसने फिर पैर फैला दिए और उसी अंदाज में छत की तरफ मुँह करके कश लगाने लगा, जैसे सी.जी.एम. डबास लगता था।
‘हाँ, कोई चोपड़ा साहब थे, हमारे दूरे के समधी के जिनेस पार्टनर हैं। हमारा समधी भी देख लो तो आप उसे कश्मीरी ही कहोगे। पन्द्रह साल पहले पिग फार्म खोला था, सरकारी लोन से, आज साला करोड़ों में खेल रहा है।’ दुर्गादास के चेहरे पर पछतावा था, गर्व था, प्रतिद्वंद्विता थी। ‘मुझे चिढ़ाने’ को उसने ट्रिपल फाइव की सिगरेट मेरी तरफ बढ़ाई, जैसे मैंने पहले कभी देखी ना हो। पर गुरुजी, मैं भी समझ गया, एक नंबर का चैट हूँ, पूरा पैकेट पकड़ लिया और पूछा ‘रख लूँ’ तो साला फँस गया। शेखी में बोला ‘रख लो, रख लो’। खूब जानता हूँ पैकेट तो चोपड़ा साहब का था।
‘दुर्गा, तू अच्छी भली नौकरी में है। तुझे क्या पड़ी ये सूअर-बूअर पालने की?’ लात मारो ऐसे गंदे धंधे में।’ तिवारी उबर गया था।
‘अरे पंडिजी, ऐसा अशुभ मत बोलो। सूअर तो हमारे बच्चे हैं, हमारी लक्ष्मी हैं। इनकी वजह से चार पैसे की आमदनी हो जाती है। अब क्या लोग गाय-भैंस, भेड़-बकरी नहीं पालते? ऐसे ही हम सूअर पालते हैं। धंधा कैसा गंदा, कैसा छोटा, पैसा जरूर छोटा-बड़ा होता है। अब चोपड़ा भी तो यही धंधा कर रहा है, बस बड़े पैमाने पर कर रहा है। पंडिजी, बस पैमाने का फर्क है। झाड़ के काम को भी बड़े पैमाने पर कर दो, कुछ गलत नहीं बचेगा।’ तिवारी की बात उसे गहरे तक चुभी थी।
‘चल ठीक है, साहब की कॉफी का वक्त हो गया।’ तिवारी ने उसकी पीड़ा को महसूस कर लिया था। उसने सिगरेट फर्श पर रगड़कर बुझाई और टोटा सोफे के नीचे सरका दिया।
‘एक और ले लूँ?’ तिवारी घुटने पर जोर देकर उठ गया।
‘दो रख लीजिए पंडिजी।’ दुर्गादास ने पैकेट तिवारी की तरफ बढ़ाया। तिवारी ने ईमानदारी से दो सिगरेट निकालीं और पैकेट वापस लौटा दिया।
तिवारी कुछ चुस्त कदमों से नरोत्तम सुमन के कमरे के सामने पहुँच गया। उसने घड़ी देखी। बारह दस। दस मिनट ऊपर हो गए, कॉफी देने में, नीच जरूर डाँट लगाएगा। सोचते-सोचते उसने अपनी कमीज की चढ़ी हुई आस्तीनों को खोलकर, कलाई तक लाकर बटन लगाए।
‘एक तो ससुर, इतनी ठण्ड में भी ए.सी. चलाकर बैठता है।’ वह मुर्गे की तरह कुडमुड़ाया। ‘अंदर आऊँ साहब?’ तिवारी का यह अति विनम्र स्वर था।
‘हाँ, जरा ए.सी. देख, कितने पर है।’ नरोत्तम अब कंप्यूटर की स्क्रीन पर कुछ लिखने में व्यस्त था।
‘साहब, बाइस पर है।’
‘अट्ठाईस पर कर दे, हर काम पूछकर करेगा क्या? मौसम बदल रहा है, पर तुम मेहनतकश लोगों की तो खाल मोटी होती है न। तुम्हें कैसे पता लगेगा?’ उसकी नजरें अब भी कंप्यूटर पर गड़ी हुई थीं।
‘साले, हरामी, कुत्ते, कमीने, नीच, बाप ने ना मारी मेंढकी, बेटा तीरन्दाज।’ तिवारी को जितनी गलियाँ याद थीं, उसने मन-ही-मन सब दे डालीं । उसे बेतहाशा, पहले वाला डी.जी.एम. मनोहर पटेल याद आया। मनोहर पटेल कभी तिवारी को नाम से नहीं पुकाराता था। अपने जूठे बर्तन धुलवाना तो दूर वह उससे पानी पिलाने को भी नहीं कहता था। बस वह फाइलें ही उसके साथ इधर-उधर भिजवाता था। उन दिनों तिवारी की खूब मौज थी। अफसर पहले आता था और चपरासी बाद में, पर कोई शिकायत नहीं। मुसीबत तब शुरू हुई जब दफ्तर में पंचिंग मशीन लग गई। अब उनके कार्ड पंच होने लगे तो सबको ठीक नौ बजे पहुँचना जरूरी हो गया।
तिवारी ने इस नई मशीन को कई दिन तक कोसा था। आज भी जैसे ही इस मशीन की बात चल जाती है तो जैसे पुराना घाव कसक जाता है।
‘ले तिवारी।’ नरोत्तम की तरफ तिवारी की नजरें उठी थीं । उस हाथ में दो कागज थे। हाथ कि दिशा तिवारी की तरफ थी और निगाहें अब भी कंप्यूटर पर गड़ी हुई थीं। तिवारी ने चुपचाप और लगभग तत्परता से वह कागज पकड़े थे। हालांकि, कागजों की लिखावट अंग्रेजी थी, पर मतलब की बात हो तो लिखावट तो चीनी भाषा में भी समझी जा सकती है। वह जोर से चिल्लाना चाहता था, पर चिल्ला न सका। खुशी से आवाज ही चीख पड़ी-‘आपकी मेहरबानी सर…आप जुग-जुग जिओ सर…आपकी पद-प्रतिष्ठा और बढ़े।’ एक कागज में नरोत्तम ने तिवारी की कर्मठता और स्वभाव की पुरजोर प्रशंसा करते हुए उसके प्रमोशन की पैरवी की थी। यह पत्र सी.जी.एम. अभयसिंह डबास के नाम था। दूसरा पत्र सी.जी.एम. का था, जिसमें पैरवी को स्वीकृति दे दी गई थी।
‘खुश है तू?’ नरोत्तम ने अपनी मूविंग चेयर घुमाकर उसकी तरफ की।
तिवारी की आंखों में ‘तू’ सुनकर भी कृतज्ञता झिलमिला रही थी।
तिवारी की आँखों में नरोत्तम का रूप पहली बार उतरा। उजास से भरी साँवली रंगत, छोटी-सी नाक, घने काले बाल, बड़ी-बड़ी कजरारी आँखें, मोटी-मोटी भवें, घनी मूंछे, सुती हुई गर्दन, मजबूत कंधे और हल्के नीले रंग का सूट…एक भव्य व्यक्तित्व लगा उसे नरोत्तम का।
‘एकदम भगवान राम जैसे दिखते हो आप सर।’ तिवारी के मुँह से कृतज्ञता में गिर पड़े शब्द। ‘कितने पैसे बढ़ जाएँगे?’
‘लगभग दो हजार!’ नरोत्तम की आवाज मुलायम और उत्साह से भरी हुई थी, जैसे कोई गर्म रोटी फूली हो।
यह सुनते ही तिवारी के कान में मधुर संगीत छिड़ गया था। वह ध्यान से थर्मस से कॉफी कप में डालने लगा। उसने नरोत्तम को कंप्यूटर पर व्यस्त देखा तो दबे पाँव बाहर निकला ताकि उसके जूते के घिसटने की आवाज न हो। बाहर निकलते हुए उसने दरवाजा बहुत धीमे से बंद किया। दरवाजे की चर्र-मर्र की आवाज तक उसने न होने दी।
उसने लगभग हर केबिन में जाकर अपना कागज दिखाया। उसे फिर भी शांति नहीं मिली। पहले उसने सोचा कि पत्नी को शाम को बताकर चौंका देगा। उसके चेहरे के भावों को देखकर मन ठंडा करेगा। काफी देर इधर-उधर करने के बाद आखिर वह इस निष्कर्ष पर पहुँचा कि बता देने में कोई हर्ज नहीं है। फिर उसने फोन करके पत्नी को ही नहीं, साले, जीजा, भाई, भौजाई, मामा-मौसा सबको एक-एक करके उनका हालचाल पूछते हुए अंत में इसकी सूचना भी सहज ढंग से दे दी। उन सभी ने उसे खूब-खूब बधाई दी, पर कमबख्त चैन जाने कहाँ चला गया था। चैन की इसी गुमशुदगी के बीच जाने कब उसने साहब का लंच परोसा और कब खुद खाया।
‘चलो एक घंटा रह गया।’ तिवारी घड़ी देखते हुए बुदबुदाया। सामने घड़ी में साढ़े चार बज गए थे।
‘तिवारी!’ नरोत्तम की आवाज ने उसके एकान्त में प्रवेश किया। वह मंत्रमुग्ध सा उठा और अदब से कमरे में घुसा। अब न यह आवाज उसे चुभी और न ही कोई घबराहट सरसराई।
‘जा यार जरा स्वीपर को बुला ला, क्या नाम है उसका?’
‘सर, लायकराम।
‘हाँ, उसी को, देख ये सारा रूम।’ नरोत्तम की आँखें सिकुड़ी थीं।
तिवारी आगे बढ़कर टॉयलेट की तरफ गया। टॉयलेट में पानी रुक गया था और फर्श की तरफ बहकर रूम में आ रहा था। यह पानी आया कहाँ से?’ तिवारी का ध्यान, सोचते-सोचते, उस नल की तरफ गया, जो धीरे-धीरे यह बह रहा था। उसने आगे बढ़कर नल की टोंटी घुमाई तो वह और तेज बहने लगा।
‘सर, नल की चूड़ी फ्री हो गई है।’ तिवारी टॉयलेट से ही चिल्लाया।
‘हाँ, मुझे पता है।’ नरोत्तम ने वहीं बैठे-बैठे सहमति जताई।
तिवारी ने किसी तरह नल को वापस उसी तरह बंद कर दिया। पानी फिर धीरे-धीरे बहने लगा। वह छप-छप करते हुए टॉयलेट से बाहर आया और पायदान से जूते रगड़ते हुए बाहर निकल गया। उसने एक कमरे से दूसरे कमरे और फिर एक तल से दूसरे तल तक, सभी सम्भावित जगहों पर लायकराम को ढूँढ़ा, पर वह नहीं मिला। ‘ड्राइवर रूम।’ उसके दिमाग में एकाएक कौंधा। वह बिल्डिंग के ग्राउंड फ्लोर पर बने ड्राइवर रूम में पहुँचा, जहाँ लायकराम अक्सर अड्डेबाजी करते हुए मिल जाता था। इसमें उसका जोड़ीदार सरदार लक्कीसिंह रहता।
‘ओए आ जा बे पण्डत के। लक्की सिंह सामने से ही चिल्लाया।
‘तेरा याड़ी कहाँ है बे सरदार?’ तिवारी जानता था कि ये दोनों हमप्याले-हमनिवाले हैं। तिवारी की आवाज में झुंझलाहट थी।
‘ओ उस हरामी नूँ तो मैं वी देख रांएँ…पता नी अज कधौं निकल गया।’ लक्कीसिंह भरा बैठा था। शाम घिरने को आई थी और अद्दे का जोड़ीदार गायब था। तिवारी समझ गया कि आज लायकराम दफ्तर में नहीं है। वैसे भी वह दफ्तर में होता भी तो इस वक्त तो पिए हुए ही मिलता। वह किसी धार्मिक नियम-भाव की तरह ठीक चार बजे पी लेता था। इसमें उसने कभी नागा और देरी नहीं की। यह बात सब अफसर जानते थे पर कोई कुछ नहीं करता था। एक बार तो उसने नशे में फेक्स ऑपरेटर शीला तनेजा को ‘टंच माल’ तक कह दिया था। शीला ने उसकी लिखित शिकायत की थी पर जी.एम.आर.एस. जैन ने जाने क्यों लायकराम को बचा लिया। लायकराम ने शीला के पैर पकड़कर माफी माँग ली थी। लेकिन इस घटना के दो दिन बाद ही वह शीला के फेक्स रूम में पेशाब कर आया। उस वक्त वह ज्यादा नशे में था। अब उसे कोई कुछ नहीं कहता।
तिवारी अब सब जगह दुर्गादास बाल्मीकि को ढूँढने लगा। हालांकि वह जानता था कि टॉयलेट की सफाई का काम दुर्गादास का नहीं है, पर उसने सोचा कि यह करने में उसे कोई दिक्कत नहीं होगी, आखिर है तो वह भी बाल्मीकि।
तीनों फ्लोरों पर ढूंढने के बाद भी दुर्गादास नहीं मिला। वह हारकर टाइपिस्ट रीना साहनी के सामने बैठ गया। क्या हुआ तिवारी?’ रीना ने लिपिस्टिक ठीक करते हुए अपना छोटा-सा शीशा बन्द किया। वह दफ्तर से निकलने से कुछ देर पहले वैसे ही तैयार होती थी, जैसे वह सुबह घर से निकलते वक्त तैयार होती थी।
‘ये एस.सी. लोग ऐसे ही होते हैं तिवारी।’ तिवारी के मुँह से सारी बातें सुनकर रीना ने वज्र प्रहार किया।
‘नहीं-नहीं, मैडम, सारे एक से नहीं हैं।’ तिवारी बचाव की मद्रा में खड़ा हो गया।
‘दुर्गा के मोबाइल पर फोन क्यों नहीं करते?’ रीना ने कहा तो तिवारी ने अपने माथे पर हाथ मारा- ‘धत्त् तेरे की…इतनी-सी बात दिमाग में नहीं आई।’
‘अरे दुर्गादास भाई कहाँ हो?’ तिवारी का स्वर अतिरिक्त मुलायम था।
‘हाँ, पण्डितजी, मैं सरोजिनी नगर आया हूँ, जैन साहब ने भेजा है।’
‘कब तक लौटोगे?’ यह तिवारी का अधीर स्वर था।
‘कह नहीं सकता।’ कहते हुए फोन काट दिया था।
दुर्गादास ने तिवारी को साफ झूठ बोला था। वह बिल्डिंग के नीचे बेसमेंट में बैठा ताश खेल रहा था। बेसमेंट में ही सभी कर्मचारियों और अधिकारियों की कार-स्कूटर की पार्किंग होती थी। लक्कीसिंह, लायकराम का इंतजार छोड़ बेसमेंट में ही अपने किसी नए साथी की तलाश में आ गया था। उसी ने तिवारी की सारी बात वहाँ बताई थी। इसके बाद दुर्गादास वहाँ रुका नहीं। उसने अपनी मोटर साइकिल में किक मारी और निकल गया। शराब का शौक उसने डाला ही नहीं था।
‘साहब, न कहीं लायकराम है और न दुर्गादास।’
‘तिवारी ने नरोत्तम को सूचना दी। हालांकि उसके मन में कहीं डर था कि कहीं नरोत्तम उसी को न कह दे कि तुम कर दो।’ ‘ठीक है, तू जा। कल लायकराम को कह देना।’ नरोत्तम फाइल पढ़ने में व्यस्त था।
‘मैं करता हूँ न सर… आप नाहक परेशान होंगे।’ तिवारी के मुँह से गिर पड़े अल्फाज-तिवारी हैरान-परेशान कि कमबख्त कौन है यह नीच, जो भीतर से चिल्ला पड़ता है।
‘तुम?’ नरोत्तम की नजरें पहली बार तिवारी की नजरों से मिलीं। ‘तुम क्यों नाहक परेशान होते हो?’ अनपेक्षित ढंग से इस प्रश्न में आश्चर्य, आदर और अकबकापन था।
‘क्यों सर… क्या हमारे घर में बाथरूम बंद नहीं होता…? बस दो डंडे मारता हूँ, सब ठीक। कहते हुए तिवारी टॉयलेट में घुस गया।
टॉयलेट से घर घुर्र घर घुर्र की आवाजें आने लगीं। ‘काम में क्या शर्म, सर।’ तिवारी की आवाज इन्हीं आवाजों के बीच बाहर आई।
‘पानी उतर रहा है तिवारी?’ दो-चार मिनट के इंतजार के बाद नरोत्तम ने आवाज लगाई।
तिवारी का प्रफुल्ल स्वर मक्खी की भिनभिनाहट की तरह बाहर आया- ‘उतर रहा है सर धीरे-धीरे।

Поиск по реестрам на сайте ЦБ РФ показывает, что брокер Esperio ему знаком. Он загремел в чёрный список компаний с признаками нелегального профучастника рынка ценных бумаг. Этот корректный термин обозначает лохоброкера: всё-таки не полагается почтенному государственному регулятору такую терминологию использовать.
Обратите внимание на сайты, перечисленные на скриншоте из чёрного списка Центробанка РФ. Видно, что мошенники часто запускают зеркала своего сайта. Этому может быть только одна причина: их блокировка за мошенничество для российских пользователей, которые являются основной целевой аудиторией лжеброкеров.
На момент написания обзора провайдеры РФ пока не перекрыли доступ к esperio.org. Однако, судя по активности лохоброкера, и эта мера не за горами.

В ходе проверки информации о компании «Вся Правда» также рекомендует пробивать заявленный на её интернет-ресурсе адрес. Хотя бы через поисковые системы и, особенно, через Гугл-карты. Такой простой метод позволяет отсечь вымышленные координаты, которыми часто прикрываются мошенники, а также полюбоваться на заявленные места головных офисов. Этот простой метод не подвёл и с «Эсперио».
В футере сайта, а также в шапке клиентского договора указан один и тот же адрес на Сент-Винсент и Гренадинах: First Floor, First St. Vincent Bank Ltd Building, James Street, Kingstown. Здание действительно существует, и оно напрямую связано с финансовой системой. Находится в нём ровно то, что мошенники не удосужились вычистить из адреса: First St. Vincent Bank Ltd Building. То есть главный банк страны.
Несмотря на миниатюрность учреждения в карликовом государстве, офшорный банк не бедствует и уж точно не докатился до сдачи в аренду первого этажа здания всяческим проходимцам. Банкам по любым протоколам безопасности запрещается делить помещения с любыми арендаторами, поскольку это создаёт дополнительную уязвимость.
Ровно этим же адресом прикрылись лохоброкеры Pro Trend и Moon X. При этом признаков клонирования у этих ресурсов с Esperio нет, так что скорее мы имеем дело с новым популярным резиновым адресом. Выбор удачный: координаты ещё не растиражированы по сотням и тысячам сайтов, рисков, что на далёкий офшорный остров нагрянет русскоязычный клиент мало. Да ещё и поверхностная проверка через поисковик покажет, что адрес существует и там что-то про финансы. Так что для целей мошенников отлично подходит.

Но Сент-Винсент и Гренадины как раз предпочитают те посредники, которым не хочется думать о лицензиях. FSA (регулятор в этой юрисдикции) не выдает подобным онлайн дилинговым центрам лицензии. И вообще он не ведет никакого надзора за их деятельностью.
На главной странице регулятора так и написано, что внесение в реестр — это не гарантия хорошей репутации компании. Российский Центробанк, например, вообще заблокировал сайт Esperio и внес фирму в черный список.
Выводы
Esperio зарегистрирован в офшорной зоне Сент-Винсент и Гренадин, что означает отсутствие контроля со стороны государственных органов. Кроме того, у него нет лицензии на осуществление брокерской деятельности. Торговать на таких площадках не стоит. Это легко обернется потерей капитала.

Даже уголовные дела , которые ведутся против создателя ЦБТ Телетрейд, не могут заставить одуматься сотрудников этой конторки. По какой-то причине они держатся за Центр Биржевых Технологий. Скорее всего играет свою роль то, что ТТ выплачивает им премии с каждого ученика, которого Центр Биржевых Технологий направил терять свои деньги к ним. Ну и конечно не нужно забывать про то, что после этой обучающей компании никого из этих сотрудников ни одна адекватная компания на работу не возьмет. Конечно, многим нужны бессовестные менеджеры, но не те, кто чудом избежал обвинения в соучастии ограбления.

Беспринципность ЦБТ просто поражает. Мало того, что Центр Биржевых Технологий свою обучающую программу ухудшает каждый год, в чем я и мои друзья уже убедились на собственном опыте, так он по-прежнему посылают своих учеников терять деньги в Телетрейд, эту финансовую пирамиду, которая их когда-то создала. А ведь на ТТ заведены уголовные дела как раз из-за воровства финансов клиентов и Центр Биржевых Технологий это прекрасно знает и понимает. Но они продолжают свою деятельность и даже не думают останавливаться

Я видел разные отзывы про Центр Биржевых Технологий, и разные ответы представителей этой компании на те отзывы, но то, что в последнее время сочиняет эта компания, на голову не налазет! Это ЦТБ является активным участником мошеннических схем на пару с Телетрейд, это ваша фирма кидает людей на деньги, даже Нац. Комиссия предостерегает людей от сотрудничества в этой компанией, а вы обвиняете в этом какое-то агентство, каких-то людей! Центр Биржевых Технологий переходит всякие рамки дозволенного! Все в этой фирме должны быть притянуты к уголовной ответственности!

Прикольно, что у нас есть такие компании, которые обучают торговать. Я ходил в центр биржевых технологий на обучение в прошлом месяце. Все курсы длились две недели. За это время нам рассказали о том, как устроен рынок форекс и как на нем торговать. Очень понравилась стратегия бетмен и то, как ее можно применять на выходе из бокового движения. В общем буду практиковаться. Еще понравилось то, что офис расположен в центре и удобно доехать до него как на машине, так и на метро, пару раз приходилось:-). Катя молодец, как препод знает информацию и дает много практических советов в торговле. В общем я остался доволен. Что кусается, так это цена. Заплатил за курсы 4000 грн, но с другой стороны знания того стояли. В общем, знания дают толковые.

Левый коммент в стиле ЦБТ. Они любят себе везде писать хорошие комменты на ютюбе. Только вот просчитались немного с городом, ляпнули киевский коммент в Одессу. Или я живу в Одессе на другой планете, где метро нет и никогда не будет ))))

В прошлом году я устроился на работу в центре биржевых технологий в Одессе, офис у них на вице адмирала Жукова, 14, недалеко от греческой площади. Офис конечно красивый они себе сделали, видно, что новый, хотя я слышал, что это все здание их, но побывать на других этажах, кроме столовой мне не довелось. Теперь о самой работе. Я работал консультаном, меня обучали торговать на демо счете, и потом это обучение давать клиентам, которые приходили научиться торговать. Могу сказать, что обучение здесь хорошее, потому што я потом торговал на демке и делал хороший результат, даже думал открывать себе реал, но не сложилось. Колектив тоже хороший, все молодые люди, больше парней, хотя девушки тоже есть, но директор Дмитрий был против них, говорил, что они разлагают дисциплину. Еще я проводил там лекции для клиентов, хотя они меня напрягали, так как я боюсь публики и это было в напряг для меня. Зарплата была нормальная, ставка и бонусы от обучения, так что на жизнь немного хватало. Единственное, что бесило так это постоянные планы и задачи на день. Директор собирал нас каждое утро с другими менеджерами и постоянно устраивал разборы полетов, а почему клиенты мало сделок делают, почему практикантов мало, а то, что не от куда их было брать, ведь у нас народ не очень любит учится его это не волновало. Именно поэтому я и уволился, так как он сел на шею и вечно давил, план, план, план, а сам для этого ничего не делал. Я слышал, что там сейчас другой директор – возможно что-то поменялось.

Доброго всем дня!я работал в так называемой компании центр биржевых технологий а по старому они назывались телетрейд и я вам скажу что это просто шарашкина кантора,которая за счет своих клиентов построила себе 5-ти этажный бизнес центр WS ))) вы только посмотрите какое громкое название WS(Wall Street) и еще рядом 3-х этажную гостиницу.Такие шарлатаны как они должны сидеть в тюрьме. В этой компании работают как они любят себя называть профессионалы с большой буквы а на самом деле просто полнейшие дилетанты,там безусловно есть талантливые ребята которые работают и еще не разобрались в какой гадючник они попали но когда они поймут то сразу уходят от них .Они заманивают к себе большой зарплатой но по факту они находят кучу причин оштрафовать вас на 50 или 100 $ при ЗП 300 и при этом еще говорят скажи спасибо что не 150$ Я имел счастье общаться с многими начальниками но там есть такие уникумы что просто нет слов.Самый большой начальник в “” это Эльвира Александровна большая шишка которая практически все рабочее время проводила в салоне красоты на маникюре или выщупывала себе брови или Леонид начальник компьютерного отдела который думает что он самый умный и ходит по центру как напыщенный индюк и полирует свою лысину до блеска .Я надеюсь что наша милиция в скором будущем возьмется за вас и вы получите за все так сказать хорошее что вы сделали…

всем доброго дня! хочу вас предупредить что бы вы не шли работать в телетреид особенно на 4 этаж там работает упырь по имени лёня да да именно с маленькой буквы “л”,он думает что он самый умный а на самом деле он один из самых тупых людей которого я только видел а я видел очень многих людей. Он крутит мутит что то свое и при этом руководство даже не догадываеться что этот мудак делает с деньгами компании
