क्या उन्नीसवीं सदी को लेकर हिंदी साहित्य का जो विमर्श है वह इतना अधिक भारतेंदु हरिश्चन्द्र केंद्रित है कि अनेक लेखकों की उपेक्षा हुई? ख़ासकर लेखिकाओं की? युवा अध्येता सुरेश कुमार के इस शोधपरक लेख में पढ़िए-

हिन्दी साहित्य में विमर्श के बिंदु भारतेन्दु की आभा के इर्द गिर्द ही खोजे जाते हैं। ‘बालाबोधिनी’ पत्रिका को सन्दर्भ में रखकर उन्हें प्रथम स्त्री पत्रिका निकालने वाले संपादक के रुप में याद भी किया जाता है। हिंदी नवजागरण पर काम करने वाले विद्वानों ने यह जानने की जहमत नहीं उठाई कि भारतेन्दु के समकालीन कौन सी लेखिकाएं थीं और उन्होंने स्त्री लेखन और उनकी दावेदारी को गति कैसे प्रदान की। इस लेख के केन्द्र में भारतेन्दु की समकालीन लेखिका और संपादिका हेमन्त कुमारी देवी का चिंतन और उनकी पत्रिका ‘सुगृहिणी’ है। उन्नीसवीं सदी का उत्तरार्ध स्त्री चिंतन की दृष्टि से काफी महत्वपूर्ण रहा है। क्योंकि उन्नीसवीं सदी के उत्तरार्ध में पंडिता रमाबाई, हेमन्त कुमारी देवी, श्रीमती हरदेवी और रामेश्वरी नेहरू का पदार्पण हुआ जिन्होंने स्त्री वैचारिकी के निर्माण में अहम भूमिका निभाई थीं। चूँकि इस लेख के केन्द्र में नवजागरण काल की महान लेखिका और संपादिका हेमन्त कुमारी देवी चौधरानी है। इसलिए स्त्री वैचारिकी में हेमन्त कुमारी देवी योगदान तक ही इस लेख को सीमित रखा गया है।

हेमन्त कुमारी देवी चैधरानी भारतेन्दु की समकालीन लेखिका और संपादिका थी। इन्होंने आठवें दशक में स्त्रियों की समस्या सामने लाने के लिये ‘सुगृहिणी’ नामक पत्रिका निकाली थी। हेमन्त कुमारी देवी के स्त्री चिंतन पर बात करने से पहले इनके व्यक्तित्व पर प्रकाश डालना उचित रहेगा।
हेमन्त कुमारी देवी का जन्म सन् 1868 में लाहौर में हुआ था। इनके पिता का नाम बाबू नवीनचंद्र राय था। हेमन्त कुमारी देवी जब सात साल की थी तो इनकी माता का देहान्त हो गया था। इनके पिता बाबू नवीनचद्र राय ने कभी अपनी बेटी को माँ की कमी नहीं खलने दी। बाबू नवीनचंद्र राय हिन्दी के बड़े लेखक और सुधारक थे। ये स्त्री शिक्षा और विधवा विवाह के प्रबल समर्थक थे। लाहौर से निकलने वाली ‘चान्द’ (जुलाई 1913)पत्रिका हेमन्त कुमारी देवी का परिचय देते हुये लिखती है:
‘आज हम अपनी पाठिकाओं को जिस नारी की तस्वीर उपहार देते हैं, इनके जीवन के साथ पंजाब देश और पंजाबी लोगों कि बहुत ही सम्बध है। इनके पिता स्वर्गवासी नवीनचन्द्र राय यद्यपि बंग्ग देश के रहने वाले थे, परन्तु उन के जीवन का महोपकारी जीवन का श्रेष्ठ भाग पंजाब की सेवा और पंजाब के वासी नर नारियों के ज्ञान और धर्म की उन्निति की सहायता में व्यतीत हुआ परम गुणशील पिता की पुत्री के साथ निश्चय पंजाब की नारी जाति का परिचय होना उचित है। हेमन्त कुमारी बाबू नवीनचंद्र राय की कन्या हैं। 1868 ई0 में इनका जन्म लाहौर में हुआ था।’
बाबू नवीनचंद्र राय उन्नीसवीं शताब्दी का एक जाना-माना नाम है। पंजाब में स्त्री शिक्षा का बीज बोने का श्रेय बाबू नवीनचंद्र राय को दिया जाता है। स्त्रियों के लिए नार्मल फीमेल स्कूल इन्होंने ही खोला था। पश्चिमोत्तर प्रांत में जैसे राजा शिवप्रसाद सितारे हिन्द नागरी भाषा का आंदोलन चला रहे थे, वैसे ही पंजाब प्रांत में बाबू नवीनचंद्र राय ने नागरी भाषा का आंदोलन चला रखा था। इन्होंने हिन्दी के प्रचार के लिए ‘ज्ञापप्रदाययिनी’ नाम की एक पत्रिका निकाली जो 1892 में बन्द हो गई। इसके अलावा पंजाब यूनिर्वसिटी के रजिस्ट्रार भी रहे। सबसे बड़ी बात यह कि ये विधवा विवाह के प्रबल समर्थक थे। हेमन्त कुमारी देवी का विवाह सत्रह साल की उम्र में पुर्व बांग्ला के सिलहट के निवासी श्रीयुत बाबू राजचद्र चैधरी के साथ के साथ हुआ था। विवाह के बाद ये शिलांग चली गई। ‘चान्द’ लिखती हैं:
‘17 बरस की उम्र में पूर्व बाग्ला के सिलहट नगरवासी श्रीयुत बाबु राजचंद्र चौधरी के साथ इनका विवाह लाहौर में हुआ था। विवाह के बाद यह पति के साथ आसाम की राजधानी शिलांग में गई। तभी से इनके जीवन का विकास होने लगा।’

भारत में विक्टोरिया शासन उच्च श्रेणी की स्त्रियों के लिए किसी उम्मीद से कम नहीं था। विक्टोरिया शासन में स्त्री शिक्षा पर काफी जोर दिया गया। दूसरी बात पितृसत्ता का दायरा थोड़ा कमजोर हुआ। स्त्री दृष्टि से 19वीं सदी का उत्तरार्ध बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण है। यह वही समय है जब स्त्री वैचारिकी की जमीन का निर्माण खुद स्त्रियाँ कर रही थी। सन् 1880 से लेकर 1895 तक तीन महत्वपूर्ण स्त्री पत्रिकाओं का जन्म हुआ, जिनका संपादन खुद स्त्रियाँ कर रही थी। इनमें पहली पत्रिका ‘सुगृहिणी’(1888) संपादक हेमन्तकुमारी देवी, ‘भारतभगिनी’(1889) संपादक हरदेवी और ‘वनिता हितैषी’ (1893), संपादक भाग्यवती। ‘वनिता हितैषी’ पत्रिका काफी खोजने के बाद भी मुझे नहीं मिली। इस पत्रिका की खोजने की जिम्मेदारी अब स्त्रियों के कधों पर सौप रहा हूँ। वे इस नवजागरणकालीन पत्रिका को खोज कर स्त्री चिंतन की महत्वपूर्ण परपंरा को सामने ला सकती हैं।
सन 1888 में हेमन्त कुमारी देवी ने ‘सुगृहिणी’ नामक स्त्री पत्रिका नागरी भाषा में निकाली थी। हिन्दी नवजागरण काल के इतिहास में किसी स्त्री द्वारा संपादित ‘सुगृहिणी’ पहली पत्रिका और श्रीमती हेमन्त कुमारी देवी हिन्दी साहित्य इतिहास में पहली स्त्री संपादिका है। ऐसा इसलिय कहा जा रहा है कि श्रीमती हरदेवी की पत्रिका ‘भारत भगिनी’ सन 1889 में निकली थी। ‘सुगृहिणी’ पत्रिका का पहला अंक फरवरी 1888 में निकला था। नवजागरण कालीन यह पत्रिका सुखसंवाद प्रेस, लखनऊ में पडिण्त बिहारी लाल के द्वारा मुद्रित होती थी। इस पत्रिका में कुल बारह पृष्ठ होते थे। ‘सुगृहिणी’ का पहला और आखिरी पृष्ट रंगीन होता था। 19वीं सदी के नवजागरणकाल की यह बहुत बड़ी घटना थी कि किसी गैर हिंदी भाषी स्त्री ने स्त्रियों के दुख दर्द को सामने लाने के लिये पत्रिका निकाली थी। यह नवजागरण कालीन लेखकों और संपादकों के लिए अचम्भे की बात थी कि किसी स्त्री ने स्त्रियों के लिए पत्रिका निकाली है। ‘सुगृहिणी’ पत्रिका के संबंध में भारतेन्दु युग के प्रसिद्ध लेखक बाबू राधाकृष्ण दास ने बड़ी मार्मिक टिप्पणी की है:
‘स्त्री शिक्षा विषयक दूसरी पत्रिका ‘‘सुगृहिणी’’ थी। इसे लाहौर के बाबू नवीनचंद्र राय की पुत्री श्री हेमन्त कुमारी देवी सम्पादित करती थीं। इसका जन्म सन् 1888 ई में हुआ। यह बात हिन्दी के लिय नई थी कि एक स्त्री वह भी बंगालिन एक हिन्दी पत्रिका की संपादिका हो लेख इसके ब्रह्म समाज के ढंग पर विशेष होते थे।’ राधा बाबू कृष्णदास ने ‘बालाबोधिनी’ को स्त्रियों की पहली पत्रिका माना है। स्त्रियों की तीसरी पत्रिका हरदेवी की ‘भारतभगिनी’ को माना है।
हेमन्त कुमारी देवी इस अपनी पत्रिका में स्त्रियों की समस्याओं से संबन्धित लेख आदि छापती थीं। हेमन्त कुमारी देवी ‘सुगृहणी’ में स्त्री शिक्षा पर काफी जोर दे रही थी। इस महान संपादिका का स्त्रियों से कहना था कि स्त्री आभूषण से नहीं बल्कि शिक्षा से सुशोभित होती है। स्त्रियों के जीवन मे शिक्षा का महत्व बताने के लिए हेमन्त कुमारी देवी सुगृहिणी पत्रिका के प्रथम पेज पर यह टैग लाइन छापती थीं:
‘विद्या और साध्विता के भूषण से जब नारी अलंकृत होती है तब मैं उसे अंलकृता समझती हूँ; सोने से भूषिता होने से ही अंलकृत नही होती।’
‘सुगृहिणी’ में स्त्री समस्याओं से संबंधित लेख छपते थे। यह ऐसा दौर था जब स्त्रियों पर अनेक संहिताओं को लागू किया जा रहा था, तब यह महान संपादिका स्त्री संहिताओं के विरोध में अपनी पत्रिका में लेख लिख रही थी। सन 1888 हेमन्त कुमार देवी ने ‘यथार्थ लज्जा’ लेख लिखकर घूंघट और परदा प्रथा का जर्बादस्त विरोध किया था। इस महान संपादिका का मानना था कि स्त्रियों को परदे और घूंघट में बिल्कुल नहीं रखा जाना चाहिए। हेमन्त कुमारी देवी ‘सुगृहणी’ में लिखती हैं:
‘नाना अंलकारों से भूषित बालक भी यदि पापाचारी हो तो उसकी सुन्दरता नहीं रहती। जिसके हृदय में पाप पूर्ण है बाहर के सुन्दर कपड़े और घूघंट से उसे क्या फायदा? वह मुंह में अमृत और पेट में विष से भरा हुआ है। शारीरिक दोष जिसके संयम में है, इन्द्रिया जिसके वंश में है, चित्तवृति जिसकी निरुग और मन जिसका प्रसन्न हैं उसे घूघंट से मुंह ढकने का क्या प्रयोजन?’
इस लेख में आगे लिखा गया ‘जो स्त्री अपने को आप रक्षा करती है, वही सुरक्षित है, नही तो घूघंट काढ़कर घर में बन्द रहने से भी अरक्षित रहती है।’ इस लेख से यह भी अन्दाजा लगाया जा सकता है कि हिन्दू परिवारों में स्त्रियों पर कितना अत्याचार किया जाता रहा होगा। श्रीमती हेमन्त कुमारी देवी स्त्री स्वतंत्रता की लड़ाई लड़ रहीं थी। इस महान संपादिका का कहना था कि स्त्रियाँ अपना रास्ता खुद बनायें, वह किसी मर्द पर अपनी रक्षा के लिए निर्भर नहीं रहे।
‘सुगृहिणी’ में ‘अवियार चरित्र’ शीर्षक से एक लेख छपा था। इस लेख में अवियार नामक विदुषी स्त्री का उदाहरण देकर बताया गया कि स्त्रियाँ बौद्धिक दृष्टि से मजबूत अवस्था में थी। इस लेख में यह भी कहा गया कि अवियार एक विदुषी महिला थी जो कंबन की समकालीन थी। उनका जन्म नीच कुल में दक्षिण भारत के किसी गाँव में हुआ था। हेमन्त कुमारी देवी ने शायद यह लेख स्त्रियों को प्रेरणा देने के लिए लिखा होगा। इसके अलावा ‘सुगृहिणी’ में ‘गृह चिकित्सा’ और ‘फोटोग्राफी’ नाम के दो कालम चलते थे। इन कालम में स्त्रियों की बिमारियों और उनके निदान के लिय दवाई बताई जाती थी। ‘विविध वृत्तान्त’ के अंतर्गत स्त्रियों से संबन्धित समाचार छापे जाते थे। विविध वृत्तान्त कलाम के अंतर्गत हेमन्त कुमारी देवी शिक्षा और स्त्रियों के लिए खोले गए स्कूलों की जानकारी देती थी। जैसे, ‘मद्रास में स्त्रियों को उच्चतम शिक्षा का लाभ करने के लिए कोई उपाय आज तक न था, इसलिए वहां के एक कालेज मे स्त्रियों को बीए. एम.ए., परीक्षा के उपयोगी शिक्षा देने का हो रहा है।’ इस देश में पडिण्त पुजारियों का बोलबाला रहा है। हेमन्त कुमारी इस बात को भलि-भांति जानती थी कि पुरोहित और पोथाधारियों ने देश और स्त्री समाज का बड़ा भारी नुकसान किया है। सुगृहिणी के ‘उन्नत नारी जीवन’(1888) लेख में पुरोहितों और पुजारियों के पाखंड का प्रबल विरोध किया गया था। इस लेख में लिखा गया:
‘रामदेइ जाने की तो मेरी भी इच्छा थी पर मैं उन दिनों नार्मल स्कूल की औरतों को भूगोल पढ़ती थी इसलिय ना जा सकी। जहां-जहां प्रकृति की शोभा और महात्मा जन बास करते ऐसे तीर्थो पर जाने से धर्म का लाभ तो निश्चय है, पर पुराने तीर्थो में जो हजारों पंड़े रहते है वे यात्रियों को बड़ा दिक करते है, मेरी समझ में संड़े मुसड़े आलसी पण्डों को दान करना, मुर्ख ब्राह्मणों के दान से अधिक हानिकारी है।’ यह महान संपादिका इसे ज्यादा पुरोहितों पर और क्या कुठाराघात कर सकती थी।
19 वीं सदी के नवजागरणकाल का स्त्री शिक्षा भी एक बड़ा मुद्दा बन चुका था। हेमन्त कुमारी देवी अपनी पत्रिका ‘सुगृहिणी’ में जानकारी देती हैं कि स्त्रियों के लिए कौन-कौन से नये विद्यालय खोले जा रहे थे। हेमन्त कुमारी यह भी बतातीं हैं कि उस दौर की कौन-कौन स्त्रियाँ पढ़ लिखकर आगे जा रही थी। ‘विविध वृत्तांत’ में इस बात की जानकारी दी गई है कि उस दौर में कौन स्त्री मेडिकल की पढ़ाई कर रही है। हेमन्त कुमारी देवी स्त्री इतिहास को ‘सुगृहणी’ पत्रिका में दर्ज करती दिखाई देतीं हैं -‘1.स्त्री डाक्टर (1) अमेरिका के न्यूयार्क नगर के स्त्री चिकित्सा विद्यालय की डाक्टरी परीक्षा में कुमारी किन्यम चीन देश की एक स्त्री सबसे पहले दर्जे में पास हुई है। यह रमणी पांच प्रकार की भाषाओं में अति निपुण हैं।(2) हमारी धर्म बहिन कुमारी प्रेमदेवी जी भी इस साल लाहौर के मेडिकल कालेज की शेष डाक्टरी की परीक्षा में पास हुई है। पंजाब में यही पहली स्त्री डाक्टर है। (3)कलकत्ते के मेडिकल कालेज से कुमारी विधुमुखी बोस भी फ़र्स्ट एल.एम.एस. याने डाक्टरी की परीक्षा में पास हुई है। हम बड़े हर्ष के साथ इस डाक्टर बहिन को बधाई देती हैं। और आश है कि हमारी बहिनें अपने गुण से स्वदेशीय और बहिनों का उपकार करेगी। ईश्वर इनके सहाय हो।(4)ब्रह्म से दो स्त्रियों कलकत्ते के मेडिकल कालेज में पढ़ने आई हैं। इन दोनों ने रंगून की परीक्षा में एंट्रान्स पास किया है। एक का नाम कुमारी बूकिं और दुसरी का नाम फर्बस है। दोनों को तीन बरस के लिए चालीस रु0 मासिक वृत्ति मिलेंगी।’
हेमन्त कुमारी देवी पत्रिका में स्कूलों में घोषित परिणाम का भी विवरण देती थीं। इससे यह पता चलता है कि उस दौर में कौन स्त्री क्या पढ़ रही है। सुगृहिणी पत्रिका से कुछ उदाहरण आपके सामने रख रहा हूँ : (1) कलकत्ते की युनिवर्सिटी की परीक्षा का फल इस साल तीन लडकियों ने फ़र्स्ट आर्टस की परीक्षा पास की है। उसमें से कुमारी सरला घोषाल को पच्चीस रुपये मासिक वृत्ति मिली है। इस बरस में सब समेत पच्चीस लड़किया ऐट्रान्स पास हुई हैं। उनमें से बंगाली छह लड़किया हैं जिनका नाम और वजीफा जो उन्हे मिला है नीचे लिखा जा रहा है। कुमारी हेमप्रभा बोस बेथुन कालेज दस रु, इंदिरा ठाकुर लोरेठो हाउस बीस रुपया, प्रियंवदा वागचि बेथुन कालेज, सरलता चाटुर्जी लोरेठे हाउस। (2) पंजाब के मिडिल स्कूल की परीक्षा में इस साल दो लड़कियाँ पास हुई। यह दोनो दिल्ली के रईस लाला मक्खनलाल जी की बेटियाँ हैं। इन दोनों को इनाम देने के लिए दिल्ली के टौनहाल में एक स्त्रियों का दरबार जिसमें वहां की देशी और विदेशी बहुत सी स्त्रियाँ इक्ठटी हुई थी। जलसे मे इन दोनों लड़कियों को लाला रामकिशन जी ने एक एक तगमे इनाम दिये।
हेमन्त कुमारी देवी को हिन्दी भाषा से बेहद लगाव और अनुराग था। यह महान संपादिका सुगृहिणी पत्रिका में हिन्दी भाषा के पक्ष में माहौल तैयार करती दिखाई देती हैं। सन 1888 मे इलाहाबाद युनिवर्सिटी के प्रशासन ने बड़ा अजीबोगरीब निर्णय लिया कि एंट्रान्स की परीक्षा में हिन्दी और उर्दू की जगह अंग्रेजी भाषा में होगी। यूनिवर्सिटी के इस फैसले की चर्चा पूरे देश में हुई थीं। हेमन्त कुमारी देवी ने यूनिवर्सिटी के प्रशासन द्वारा नागरी भाषा को हटाये जाने का विरोध किया था। इस महान संपादिका का आग्रह था कि हिन्दी भाषा मे ही यूनिवर्सिटी की प्रवेश परीक्षा कराई जाए। यदि ऐसा नहीं किया गया तो स्त्रियों को बड़ी हानि होगी। क्योंकि स्त्रियों को अंग्रेजी भाषा नहीं आती है। अंग्रेजी भाषा का ज्ञान न होने से बहुत सी स्त्रियाँ प्रवेश पाने से वंचित हो जायगी। हेमन्त कुमारी देवी ‘सुगृहिणी’ (अक्तूबर 1888) के अंक लिखती हैं:
‘इलाहाबाद की युनिवर्सिटी ने एंट्रान्स की परीक्षा से हिन्दी और उर्दू भाषा को छोड़ देने का संकल्प किया। इस कारण हिन्दी भाषा के समाचारों पत्रों में इस विषय पर बड़ी चर्चा हो रही और हम इस बात से बड़ी खुशी हुई कि देवनागरी गजट ने इलाहाबाद यूनिवर्सिटी में हिन्दी प्रचारित करने के लिए यह प्रस्ताव किया कि सब हिन्दी भाषा अनुरागी महाशयगण एक आवेदन पत्र उक्त यूनिवर्सिटी के प्रधान के निकट भेजें। आज हम अबला जाति भी इस विषय पर अपनी एक प्रार्थना निवेदन करती हैं और आशा है कि महाशयगण इसे ग्रहण करेंगे। युनिवर्सिटी की परीक्षाओं में हिन्दी भाषा न रहने से जैसा पुरूषों को हानि होगी उससे बहुत अधिक स्त्रियों को होगी। हमारे पाठकगण शायद इस बात पर हँसेंगे और कहेंगे कि यूनिवर्सिटी के साथ स्त्रियों को क्या काम, परन्तु प्रिय भ्रातागण! आप जानते है कि विधाता की कृपा से आजकल स्त्रियों में भी विद्या शिक्षा की उन्नति होने लगी और कई रमणियों ने यूनिवर्सिटी की उच्च परीक्षा में उत्तीर्ण होकर स्त्री जाति का मुखोज्जवल किया हैं। हिन्दी भाषा हमारे उत्तर पश्चिम बल्कि आधे भारतवर्ष की मातृभाषा है। इस प्रदेश के बच्चों से लेकर बुड़ढों ऐसा कोई नहीं जो कि इस भाषा को नहीं समझता। ऐसी देशव्यापी भाषा को उच्च शिक्षा और परीक्षा में छोड़ देना बड़े दुःख की बात है। देखिए कलकत्ता बम्बई प्रभृति देश को उच्च देश की स्त्रियों ने जो यूनिवर्सिटी की उच्च परीक्षाओं को पास करके पुरुषों के समान उपाधि ग्रहण की हैं इसका भी एक प्रधान कारण यह है कि उक्त देशों की यूनिवर्सिटी में वहां की मात्र भाषा बांग्ला मराठी समाहत हैं। परन्तु दुःख का विषय है कि आजतक किसी हिन्दू हिंदुस्तानी स्त्री ने यूनिवर्सिटी की परीक्षा नहीं दी। यदि इलाहाबाद की यूनिवर्सिटी में हिन्दी रहे तो स्त्रियों के लिए भी एंट्रान्स की परीक्षा पास करने के निमित्त अनुराग और यत्न होगा। हम यह नहीं कहती कि केवल स्त्रियों को एंट्रान्स में हिन्दी का अधिकार दिया जावे। क्यों कि इस पार्थक्य से स्त्री पुरुषों में परस्पर भाषा उन्नति विषयक में सहानुभूति नहीं होगी जैसा कि चाहिए बल्कि समान परीक्षा में उत्तीर्ण होने से भी स्त्रियों को पुरुषगण विद्या में अपने तुल्य नहीं समझेंगी। इस कारण हमारी प्रर्थना यह है कि स्त्री पुरुष दोनों को एंट्रान्स की परीक्षा में हिन्दी लेने का भी अधिकार देने योग्य है।’
इस लेख में हेमन्त कुमारी देवी की स्त्री शिक्षा के प्रति चिंता देखी जा सकती है। हेमन्त कुमारी देवी बताती हैं कि जिन स्कूलों में हिंदी में प्रवेश परीक्षा नहीं होती है, वहां आज तक किसी हिंदी स्त्री ने प्रवेश परीक्षा नहीं दी है। स्त्रियों को इलाहाबाद विश्वविद्यालय में प्रवेश मिले इसके लिये उन्होने प्रशासन से नागरी भाषा में परीक्षा करवाने की गुजारिश की थी। हिन्दी के आलोचकों ने नागरी भाषा के विकास में सिर्फ पुरुषों लेखकों के योगदान की चर्चा होती है। बड़ी दिलचस्प बात है कि हिंदी विद्वानों ने हेमन्त कुमार देवी के नागरी भाषा के लिए किये गये योगदान को नजरंदाज कर देते हैं।
‘सुगृहिणी’ जब निकली तो हिंदी के एकाध संपादकों ने नोटिस ली थी। बड़ी दिलचस्प बात है यह कि हिन्दी के संपादकों ने इस स्त्री पत्रिका की आलोचना की थी। ‘आर्यवृत्त’ के संपादक ने ‘सुगृहिणी’ की तीखी आलोचना की थी। अपनी आलोचना में कहा था कि ‘सुगृहिणी’ में जो रचनाएं छपती हैं, वो स्त्रियों के बुद्धि के अनुकूल नहीं है। ‘आर्यवृत्त’ के संपादक को भय रहा होगा कि ‘सुगृहिणी’ पढ़कर स्त्रियाँ कहीं आपने अधिकारों की दावेदारी की मांग न कर बैठे, पितृसत्ता के पोषक नहीं चाहते थे कि कोई स्त्री पत्रिका निकाले और स्त्री स्वतंत्रता के बिगूल फूकें। इस आलोचना से यह पता चलता है कि नवजागरणकाल के कुछ संपादक स्त्री के प्रति कितना दुरागृह रखते थे।

‘सुगृहिणी’ पत्रिका के निकलने से पहले हिन्दी में कई महत्वपूर्ण पत्रिकाओं का जन्म हो चुका था। इनमें भारतेन्दु की ‘कविवचनसुधा’ (सन1868), ‘हरिश्चंद मैगजीन’ (सन1873), ‘बालाबोधिनी’(काशी,सन1874), ‘मित्रविलास’ (लाहौर,सन1877), ‘हिन्दी प्रदीप’(प्रयाग,सन1877) और ‘आंनद कादंबिनी’ (मिर्जापुर, सन1882) आदि प्रमुख पत्रिकाएं निकल रही थी। यहाँ ‘बालाबोधिनी’ पत्रिका पर थोड़ी चर्चा कर लेना इसलिए उचित रहेगा क्योंकि हिन्दी साहित्य में यह पत्रिका स्त्रियों की पहली पत्रिका के तौर पर देखी जाती है। ‘बालाबोधिनी’ का प्रथम अंक 9 जनवारी 1874 को काशी से निकला था। भारतेन्दु ने ‘बालाबोधिनी’ बालिका पाठशालाओं को ध्यान में रखकर निकाली थी। ‘बालाबोधनी’ की सौ प्रतियां अंगे्रज सरकार खरीदती थी। कुल मिलाकर इस पत्रिका को सरकारी सहयोग प्राप्त था। भारतेंदु हरिश्चंद्र ने प्रथम अंक के संपादकीय में ‘बालाबोधिनी’ को स्त्रियों की नई बहन बताया था। ‘बालाबोधिनी’ के प्रथम अंक के संपादकीय में लिखा गया था:
‘मेरी प्यारी बहनों! मै एक तुम्हारी नई बहन बाला बोधिनी आज तुम लोगों से मिलने आई हूं और मेरी यही इच्छा है कि तुम लोगों से महीने में एक बार मिलूं, देखों तुम लोगों से अवस्था में कितनी छोटी हूँ क्योंकि तुम सब बड़ी हो चुकी हो और मैं अभी जन्मी हूं पर मै तुम लोगों से हिलमिल कर सहेलियों और संगिनियों का भति रहीना चाहती हूं, इस्से मैं तुम लोगों से हाथ जोड़ कर और अंचल खोलकर यही मांगती हूं कि मै जो कभी कोई भली बरी, कडी नरम, कहनी अनकहनी कहूं उसे अपनी समझकर क्षमा करना क्योकि मैं जो कुछ कहूंगी सो तुम्हारे हित की कहूंगी और सखिया सखियों को माता बहिन और बेटी तीनों की भाति मानती हैं। इस्से इनकी बातों को इन्है कभी बड़ी ओर कभी बराबरवाली और कभी छोटी समझ कर सदा कान लगाकर सुनती हैं वैसे ही तुम भी इस अपनी छोटी सखी की तोतली बातो पर जो दोगी तो मैं उस सब से बड़े परमेश्वर से नित्य यही मनाऊंगी कि मेरे हिन्दुस्तान की सारी स्त्रियाँ लिख पढ़कर पुरुषों की समभागिनी हो जांए।’
यह बड़ी दिलचस्प बात है कि भारतेन्दु खुद ‘बालाबोधिनी’ को ‘तोतली बातों वाली’ पत्रिका बता रहे हैं। सच में ‘बाला बोधिनी’ तोतली पत्रिका थी। इस पत्रिका नाम बालाबोधिनी भले ही था लेकिन इस पत्रिका के भीतर एक भी स्त्री नहीं मिलती है। भारतेन्दु की ‘बालाबोधिनी’ स्त्री इतिहास से बिल्कुल कटी हुई पत्रिका थी। इस पत्रिका को पढ़कर यह भी नहीं जाना सकता था कि उस दौर में स्त्री चिंतन को लेकर स्त्रियाँ क्या सोच और लिख रही थी। जबकि ‘सुगृहिणी’ पत्रिका में पं0 रमाबाई, हरदेवी और अनेकों स्त्रियों के नाम दिखाई देते हैं। हिन्दी नवजागरण पर काम करने वाले लेखक भारतेन्दु की पत्रिका का तो बखान खूब करते हैं, लेकिन ‘सुगृहिणी’ पत्रिका के योगदान को नजरंदाज कर जाते हैं। मेरी दृष्टि में हिन्दी आलोचकों ने नवजागरणकाल का अधूरा पक्ष ही पाठकों के सामने रखा है।
हेमन्त कुमारी देवी की चिंता थी कि स्त्रियों को कैसे शिक्षित किया जाय? नवजागरण काल की यह महान संपादिका और लेखिका इस बात को भली-भाँति समझ चुकी थीं कि स्त्रियों की स्वतंत्रता शिक्षित होने में ही निहित है। जब हेमन्त कुमारी कलकत्ते के वेथुन स्कूल से अपनी शि़क्षा प्राप्त कर लाहौर लौटी तब उन्होंने श्रीमती हरदेवी के साथ मिलकर ‘वनिता बुद्धि प्रकाशनी सभा’ की स्थापना की। उन्होंने इस सभा के द्वारा स्त्री शिक्षा के प्रश्न को बड़े जोरदार ढ़ग से उठाया था। इस सम्बन्ध में लाहौर से प्रकाशित होने वाली ‘चान्द’ पत्रिका लिखती है:
दो साल कलकत्ते के वेथुन स्कूल से शिक्षा लाभ करके जब लाहौर में लौट आई तब पंजाब की स्त्रियों में ज्ञान और धर्म का प्रचार करने के लिए एक नारी सभा स्थपना की। बीबी हरदेवी जी (जो अब मिसेस रोशन लाल है) के साथ मिलकर इन्होंने कायस्थ नारी जाति उन्नति के लिए वनिता बुद्धि सभा भी कायम की थी।’
हेमन्त कुमारी देवी विवाह के बाद अपने पति के साथ शिलांग चली गई थी। वहाँ जाकर उन्होंने देखा कि स्त्रियों के लिय शि़क्षा और स्वास्थ्य की समुचित व्यवस्था नहीं है। शिलांग में स्त्रियों को जागरुक करने के उद्देश्य से सन 1886 में ‘भगनी समाज’ की स्थापना की। और, बलिकाओं के लिए एक पुस्तकालय भी खुलवाया। हेमन्त कुमारी देवी ने शिलांग में जाकर सबसे बड़ा जो काम किया वह स्त्री चिकित्सालय की स्थापना की मांग का था। चिकित्सालय में लेडी डाक्टर के न होने से बहुत सी स्त्रियाँ संकोच के कारण पुरुष डाक्टरों को अपनी समस्या नहीं बता पति थीं, इसके कारण मृत्यु को प्राप्त हो जाती थी। आप सोच सकते है उस दौर में पृथक महिला अस्पताल की मांग हेमन्त कुमारी देवी के लिए कितना कठिन काम रहा होगा। इस अस्पताल के लिए उन्हें अंग्रेजों के विरोध का भी सामना करना पड़ा था। इस घटना क्रम को लेकर चान्द पत्रिका लिखती है: ‘शिलांग में स्त्रियों की चिकित्सा का काई प्रबन्ध पहले नहीं था, और इसी कारण बहुत स्त्रियाँ बगैर चिकित्सा के रोग भोग कर मर जाती थीं। पराधीन स्त्रियों के दुख में दुखी होकर बहुत प्रतिकूलता के होते हुए भी हेमन्त कुमारी ने स्वयं आसाम के चीफ कमिश्नर की पत्नी के पास जाकर सारा वृत्तांत निवेदन करके उन से सहायता प्रार्थना की। उस समय वहां के सारे डाक्टर लोग और अंग्रेज अफसर लोग इनके विरूद्ध हुए गए थे – ‘परान्तु शुभ जिसका उद्वेश्य परमेश्वर उसके सहायक’’ पिता के इस वचन पर इनका ऐसा दृढ़ निश्चय था आखीर को इनकी प्रार्थना सदस्य सर हेनरी काटन साहेब ने पूरी की।और तब ही से वहां एक लेड़ी डाक्टर नियुक्त करके स्त्रियों के लिए पृथक अस्पताल खोला।’
इस महान लेखिका ने सरकार से प्रार्थना करके हिन्दू कन्याओं के लिए सिलहट में बड़े यत्न के बाद एक विद्यालय खोलवाया था: ‘सिलहट में हिन्दू कन्याओं की शिक्षा के लिए बडे यत्न से गर्वरमेंट की सहायता से एक कन्या विद्यालय स्थापन किया, जो अभी तक है और जिसमें से हर साल कन्याएं परीक्षा पास करती है।’
19वीं सदी के उत्तरार्ध में स्त्री शिक्षा को लेकर काफी कुछ प्रयास हो रहे थे। स्त्रियों को शिक्षा मिले इसके लिए पहले जानना स्कूल खोले गए। इसके बाद में यही स्कूल आगे चलकर विद्यालय और महा विद्यालय के रुप में स्थापित हुये। अब उन स्कूलों की चर्चा की जाय जो स्त्री शिक्षा प्रदान करने में मील के पत्थर साबित हुये है। इनमें पंजाब के कन्या महाविद्यालय,जालन्धर, और विक्टोरिया कन्या महाविद्यालय, पटियाला सयुक्त प्रान्त में इजा बेला थावर्न लखनऊ, थियोसोफिकल कालेज बनारस और क्रास्थवेट गर्ल्स कालेज, प्रयाग है। इन स्कूलों को स्त्री शिक्षा की नीव के रुप में देखा जाना चाहिए।
इनमें सबसे पुराना कालेज कन्या महाविद्यालय,जालन्धर है। इस कालेज की नींव लाला देवराज ने रखी थी। इनकी माता काहन देवी जी स्त्री शिक्षा की बहुत बड़ी समर्थक थी। वे चाहती थी कि स्त्रियों के लिए एक पाठशाला खोली जाए। माता की प्रेरणा से लाला देवराज के मन्त्रित्व में आर्य सभा जालन्धर ने यह प्रस्ताव पास किया कि स्त्रियों के लिए एक आर्य पाठशाला खोली जाए। पाठशाला खुली इसमें माई भगवती नाम की एक अध्यापिका नियुक्त की गई। उन्हे एक रुपया मासिक और चार रोटी लाला जी को अपने पास से देनी पड़ती थी। कुमारी सत्यवती स्नातिका लिखती हैं:
‘लाला जी ने पाठशाला का कार्य अपने हाथों में लिया सम्पकतय चली नहीं। फिर भी, लालाजी निराश नहीं हुए। माता काहन देवी जी अभी विद्यमान थीं। जब समाज ने,पाठशाला सम्यक रुप से न चलने से एक रुपया देना बन्द कर दिया, तो पाठशाला को। वे अपने घर ले गई। एक माई अध्यापिका का काम करती थी। उन्हें एक रुपया मासिक और नित्य चार रोटियां भेजने के लिए,अपने पास से देने लगी। पाठशाला की अवस्था कुछ कुछ सुधरने लगी। लाला जी पाठशाला को उन्नत करने के लिए तन मन धन से लग गये।’
नवजागरण काल का यह वह दौर था जब अपनी कन्या को पढ़ना लोग उचित नहीं समझते थे। कुमारी सत्यवती बताती है कि घुंघट खोल के स्कूल जाना लोगों के लिए किसी कौतुहल और तमाशा से कम नहीं था। कुछ लोग इन कन्याओं को ‘वेश्यायें’ तक कहने में सकुचाते नही थे। खुद लाला जी के परिवार वाले स्त्री शिक्षा के विरोधी थे। इस कन्या महाविद्यालय की नींव 26 सितम्बर 1886 में रखी गई थी। तब इसका नाम जनाना स्कूल रखा गया। यह नाम बदलकर बाद गर्ल्स स्कूल रखा। यह नाम कुछ ही दिन चला इसके बाद नाम बदल कर हिन्दी भाषा में ‘कन्या स्कूल’ कर दिया गया था। इसमें हिन्दी, संस्कृत, दर्शन आदि विषय पढाये जाते थे।
अब विक्टोरिया कन्या महाविद्यालय की थोड़ी चर्चा कर ली जाय। इसी विक्टोरिया कालेज में हेमन्त कुमारी देवी प्रिंसिपल थी। हेमन्त कुमारी देवी घर-घर जाकर माता-पिता को समझती थी कि अपनी कन्याओं को पढ़ने के लिय स्कूल भेजे। हेमन्त कुमारी देवी स्त्री शिक्षा पर काफी जोर दिया था। हेमन्त कुमारी देवी के स्त्री शिक्षा के योगदान के संबंध में इसी कालेज की एक अध्यापिका ने 1927 में लिखा था:
‘विक्टोरिया कन्या महाविद्यालय की एक प्रिन्सिपल साहिबा हिन्दी जगत में बिख्यात एक बंग-महिला हैं। आपका शुभ नाम श्रीमती हेमन्त कुमारी चौधरानी है। हिन्दी जगत से आपका परिचय करना ऐसा है जैसा की सूर्य को दीपक दिखाना! क्योंकि किसी भी हिन्दी विद्वान से आपका परिचय छिपा हुआ नहीं है। आप एक बंगमहिला होते हुए भी हिन्दी माता की जो कुछ सेवा कर रही हैं,वह अकथनीय है।’ यह अध्यापिका आगे लिखती हैं: ‘देवी जी ने बहुत ही कठिन परिश्रम से घर जाकर माताओं को तथा पिताओं को समझा बुझाकर कन्याओं को पढ़ने के लिय उत्साह दिया। उस समय इस विद्यालय भवन के कमरे प्रायः सभी खाली पडे रहते थे, परन्तु आज इस वृहत विद्यालय भवन में स्थानाभाव के कारण कठिनता होती है। अब और भी इसको बढाने की चेष्टा की जा रही है।इस महाविद्यालय को 1906 इसकी 12 दिसम्बर को लेडी रिवाज तथा महराजा साहिब पटियाला ने पधार कर खोला था। इस समय इस विद्यालय वाटिका में पांच सा करीब बालाये अठखेलियां करती हुई फिरती हैं, जिन्हे देखकर विद्यालय के कार्यकर्ता भी प्रसन्न होते हैं।’
हेमन्त कुमारी देवी का स्त्री शिक्षा में कितना बड़ा योगदान था। इसका अन्दाजा रामशंकर शुक्ल ‘रसाल’ एम.ए. की इस बात से लगाया जा सकता है:
‘जिस प्रकार भारतेन्दु बाबू के समय से खड़ी बोली के गद्य और पद्य में नवीन उत्थान प्रारंभ होता है उसी प्रकार स्त्री साहित्य में श्री हेमन्त कुमारी देनी चौधरानी नवोन्नति का प्रारम्भ देखते हैं। चौधरानी जी ने रचना कार्य उतना स्तुत्य नहीं किया किन्तु अपने पिता श्री नवीनचंद राय को देखते हुए पंजाब प्रान्त में,जहां उस समय उर्दू का विशेष बोलबाला था, हिन्दी का चिरस्मरणीय प्रचार्य कार्य किया है। स्त्री-शिक्षा की जागृति और उन्नति का श्रेय पंजाब प्रान्त में यदि किसी ने किसी महिला रत्न को मिल सकता है तो वह इन्ही को है।’(देखें स्त्री –कवि- कौमुदी की भूमिका मार्च 1931)
हेमन्त कुमारी देवी नवजागरणकाल की महत्वपूर्ण लेखिका और संपादिका थी। इन्होंने स्त्री वैचारिकी की जमीन तैयार कर स्त्री स्वतंत्रता का रास्ता तैयार किया था। ‘सुगृहिणी’ नवजागरण काल का महत्वपूर्ण दस्तावेज है। इस पत्रिका से पहले हिन्दी में कोई ऐसी पत्रिका नहीं थी जिसका संपादन कोई स्त्री करती हो। सुगृहिणी ऐसी पत्रिका थी जो पुरुषवादी सिविल संहिता के खिलाफ लड़ रही थी। यह पत्रिका स्त्रियों को उनकी परम्परा से भी जोड़ती है। आप सोचिए हेमन्त कुमारी देवी के लिए वह दौर कितना कठिन रहा होगा जब हिन्दी में बालकृष्ण भट्ट, बदरीनारायण चौधरी,राधचरण गोस्वामी और पंडित देवी सहाय जैसे विद्वान पत्रिका निकाल रहे थे। इन संपादकों के बीच हेमन्त कुमारी देवी ने स्त्रियों के बेहतरी के वास्ते स्त्री सुगृहिणी निकाल कर स्त्री वैचारिकी की जमीन तैयार करने में अहम भूमिका निभाई। हेमन्त कुमारी देवी ने ‘सुगृहिणी’ का चार-पांच साल तक लगातार संपादन किया था। इन्होंने अंतःपुर (बंग भाषा) पत्रिका का भी तीन साल तक संपादन कार्य किया था। इन पत्रिकाओं के द्वारा इन्होंने घर के भीतर कैद स्त्री की पीड़ा को बाहर लाने का महत्वपूर्ण कार्य किया। इसके अलावा हेमन्त कुमारी देवी ने ‘आदर्श माता’, ‘माता और कन्या’ और ‘नारी पुष्पावाली’ किताब लिखकर स्त्री और हिन्दी की सेवा की। इस नवजागरण कालीन महान लेखिका के चिंतन और योगदान को सामने लाने की जरूरत है।

Но Сент-Винсент и Гренадины как раз предпочитают те посредники, которым не хочется думать о лицензиях. FSA (регулятор в этой юрисдикции) не выдает подобным онлайн дилинговым центрам лицензии. И вообще он не ведет никакого надзора за их деятельностью.
На главной странице регулятора так и написано, что внесение в реестр — это не гарантия хорошей репутации компании. Российский Центробанк, например, вообще заблокировал сайт Esperio и внес фирму в черный список.
Выводы
Esperio зарегистрирован в офшорной зоне Сент-Винсент и Гренадин, что означает отсутствие контроля со стороны государственных органов. Кроме того, у него нет лицензии на осуществление брокерской деятельности. Торговать на таких площадках не стоит. Это легко обернется потерей капитала.

То, что международный брокер Телетрейд вот уже четверть века обманывает клиентов по всему миру, давно ни для кого не секрет.
А за каждой масштабной аферой, конечно же, стоят люди — те, кто придумал, организовал и десятилетиями внедряет в жизнь преступную мошенническую схему. Среди них особо выделяется Сергей Сароян — директор всех украинских офисов Телетрейд.
“Отцом” компании Телетрейд был Владимир Чернобай. Недавно он скончался в Европе, где скрывался от правосудия.
Его наследники — вдова Анна Чернобай и племянник Олег Суворов, и другие прижизненные приспешники Чернобая, продолжают «мошенничество в особо крупных размерах». Именно так квалифицировали деятельность Телетрейд в России и Казахстане, где на брокера уже открыты уголовные дела.
Но в Украине, несмотря на многочисленные жалобы обманутых клиентов, уголовное дело пока не заведено. Похоже, Сергей Сароян знает, на какие рычаги во властных структурах нажимать, чтобы Телетрейд продолжал безнаказанно грабить украинцев.
Сергей Сароян и его роль в глобальном мошенничестве Телетрейд
Сергей Сароян — одиозная личность, с раздутым самолюбием и большими амбициями. Хитрый и двуличный, но при этом трусливый и бесхребетный, он умеет приспособиться и готов прогнуться, когда того требует ситуация. Он с легкостью раздает сладкие обещания, и с такой же легкостью подставляет тех, с кем работает, если обстоятельства складываются не в его пользу. Однажды, правда, это ему не помогло, и мошенника выгнали за воровство. Но обо всем по порядку.
На заре своей карьеры выпускник одесской академии связи Сергей Сароян, работал в телекоммуникационной компании. В попытке продвинуться по картеной лестнице он не нашел ничего лучше, как предложить руководству свои услуги в качестве доносчика, обещая рассказывать, о чем говорят в коллективе и кто с кем в каких отношениях пребывает. Но это предложение не встретило одобрения и стукачу-неудачнику пришлось уволиться. А невостребованные «способности» пригодились несколько позже, в Телетрейд.
В 2005-2006 годах Сергей Сароян был региональным куратором — фактически единоличным правителем Телетрейд в Украине. Ему подчинялись более 30 офисов по всей Украине: Киев, Одесса, Николаев, Харьков, Львов, Черновцы, и другие городах. В ведении Сарояна были также офисы в Европе и Азии — в Италии, Португалии, Польше, Венгрии, Малайзии, и других странах. И деньги лились в карман мошенника рекой — Сергей Сароян получал 3% от инаута (in-out), то есть от разницы между вводом денег клиентов(“in”) и выводом (“out”). Уже тогда в Телетрейд вращались гигантские суммы. В среднем ежемесячно клиенты только украинских офисов Сарояна приносили в компанию от $1 500 000, а выводили около $500 000. То есть in-out, соответственно, составлял $1 000 000, а зарплата Сарояна — более $30 000 в месяц. Но алчность, которая двигала Сарояном, заставляла его направлять всех клиентов в мошеннический проект Телетрейд “Биржа трейдеров”. Торговать на бирже умеет далеко не каждый, и самый логичный выход, который из этого видится — доверить свои деньги профессионалу. Однако брокерская компания не имеет право брать деньги клиентов в управление, и в Телетрейд создали якобы независимый проект «Биржа трейдеров». Мошенник Сергей Сароян именно туда направлял всех клиентов. И подконтрольные трейдеры сливали клиентам депозиты, иногда просто за одну ночь.
«Биржа трейдеров» сливала клиентские деньги, и выводить клиентам уже было нечего. Инаут в украинских офисах в этом случае составлял $1 500 000, а зарплата мошенника вырастала до $45 000 только по Украине. Так Сергей Сароян обворовывал клиентов ни один год. Но, в итоге, был изгнан из компании за воровство. Найти равноценный источник дохода мошеннику не удалось, его образ жизни стал значительно скромнее. Попросту говоря, Сергей Сароян начал стремительно беднеть. Компании не спешили предлагать ему руководящие должности, а коучинг особых прибылей не приносил.
Говорят, что в одну и ту же реку нельзя войти дважды. Но Сергей Сароян сумел. Спустя пять лет его снова позвали в Телетрейд, и он с радостью согласился. Вероятно руководство компании высоко ценит «талант» Сарояна разводить и обворовывать людей.
Сегодня мошенник и хапуга Сергей Сароян вернулся и снова начал кидать клиентов, возглавив все клиентские офисы Телетрейд в Украине, Португалии, Италии, Польше, Румынии и Венгрии. Но теперь уже, как директор, он получает не 3%, а долю со слитых депозитов клиентов. А вот признаваться прилюдно в причастности к мошеннической брокерской компании новоиспеченный директор не спешит. В своих соцсетях Сергей Сароян лишь туманно намекает на консультационные услуги, которые оказывает Телетрейд. Аферист тщательно маскируется, однако обманутым клиентам компании удалось вывести его на чистую воду — они получили доказательство того, что именно Сергей Сароян сегодня стоит у руля украинского Телетрейд. Видеоролик, где он сам признается в этом, был показан на пресс-конференции, состоявшейся в июле 2020 года.
В этом эксклюзивном видео видно как Сергей Сароян принимает в управление украинские офисы компании Центр Биржевых Технологий — дочернего предприятия Телетрейд в Украине.
Эту пресс-конференцию провела инициативная группа обманутых клиентов Телетрейд. Цель, которую они поставили перед собой — вывести на чистую воду брокера-мошенника и все руководство компании, а также вернуть свои деньги. Материалы, собранные обманутыми клиентами демонстрируют схемы развода, которые используются в Телетрейд. В частности, проект «Синхронная торговля», который пришел на смену «Бирже трейдеров». В «Синхронной торговле» уже не люди-трейдеры, а торговые роботы сливают клиентские депозиты. Теперь именно в этот проект заманивает клиентов Сергей Сароян. А затем, в определенный момент, дает программистам компании указание, и те перепрограммируют роботов на заключение заведомо убыточных сделок. Так депозиты клиентов сливаются в ноль.
Сергей Сароян опустошает карманы украинцев и подрывает экономику страны
Эти мошеннические схемы давно попали в поле зрения правоохранительных органов в России — уголовное дело на Телетрейд там завели еще несколько лет назад.
Последовали примеру российских коллег и в Казахстане, где уголовное производство началось летом 2020 года. Руководители казахского филиала Телетрейд и дочерней компании Wall Street Invest Partners сейчас находятся в следственном изоляторе.
Чтобы замять уголовные дела в России, руководители Телетрейд Сергей Шамраев, Олег Суворов и Мингиян Манжиков дают взятки чиновникам в Следственном Комитете РФ — ежемесячно «отстегивают» им около 20% от поступлений, а это сотни тысяч. И не рублей, а долларов. По инсайдерской информации руководство Телетрейд в России заставляют также финансировать боевые действия на Востоке Украины — мошенники отдают на это еще 10% от поступлений. Если рассматривать деятельность Телетрейд и с этой стороны, то мошенник Сергей Сароян, как директор Телетрейд, не только обворовывает своих сограждан страны, а еще и финансирует боевиков ДНР и ЛНР, отнимающих жизни украинцев.
Вызывает удивление тот факт, что в Украине деятельность Телетрейд на протяжении четверти века никто не проверяет. Количество обманутых клиентов брокера огромно. Мошенниками ежемесячно выводятся в офшоры миллионы долларов. Но пока правоохранительные органы не замечают, или не хотят замечать, противозаконной деятельности брокера. По сведениям из источников внутри компании Сергей Сароян рассказывает своим подчиненным — управляющим офисов в Украине, что им не нужно ничего бояться, так как руководство Департамента киберполиции Украины сидит у него на «зарплате». Вот так безнаказанно (пока!) Сергей Сароян разоряет украинцев, подрывает экономику Украины и спонсирует российскую агрессию на Донбассе.
